I purchased a coupon for 2 hours of electrical service. It took about a month for Keith, the owner, to schedule the work. He hung 2 new lights in the basement (which I supplied) and ran new wire to connect both lights to one switch. He said the old black wire was illegal. He also changed out a non working wall switch in the bathroom. I am very pleased that he did not send some new trainee to do the work and I am happy that the wiring to the basement lights is now legal and according to code. I will definitely hire again as long as the price is reasonable.

They did a good job, and they were great. They were very professional and very nice. I would recommend them to others. It was a good deal for the price.

They are great and I use them all the time now. They are really thorough and I have not had any problems with any of their work. They have been out here quite a few times for doing small jobs and one big job. They are reasonably priced because I can afford him. They are really easy to work with and clean up their mess. They come pretty much on time and are really pleasant to work with. They do really good work because I have never had to call them back to do redo anything though they have done quite a few jobs for me. They give me a timeframe and are always within the timeframe or they call. They are very easy, know what they are doing and go right to work. They explain what they are doing and if there are any issues they talk about them before they do something. It has been a good professional experience.

He did a good job on the electrical work. He was casual and easy to get along with and talk with. However, I think he was out of his element when he worked on the ethernet cable, so stick to electrical instead of networking projects with him.

The owner, himself, came quickly and gave a favorable estimate. A week later, the technician came and performed the service which included moving my eletric meter outside. I was pleased and would certainly use them again.

He was great. Picked up the replacement fixture and bulbs for me and came the next day. Was friendly and knowlegeable. Changed the fixture quickly and cleaned up. i would definitely recomment them.

Hayes looked at a non-working GFCI plug into which our garage freezer was plugged. After very heavy rains on Monday July 1st we noticed our garage freezer was no longer working and after testing the outlet and trying to reset the GFCI mechanism I concluded the outlet was not working. The Hayes electrician came out the next morning and looked at the outlet and realized the outlet was tripped by water leaking into one of our other outdoor outlets. He immediately reset the GFCI outlet and got it working again and then applied caulk and new gaskets to the outdoor outlets to protect against further rain penetration. Overall the work was done very quickly and promptly and we will happily call this company again for any electrical work we need.

This is the first repair person I have ever hired because my husband and I are DIY types and get things done ourselves, but i didnt want to mess with the electricity. our main breaker kept randomly shutting off and it worried me that it would lead to a fire. Talked to Hayes in the AM and they were out that afternoon. eveyrhting was fixed and the technician explained every detail to me and answered my millions of questions. He gave me options to fix our problem (replace whole panel or just the main breaker) and did not just try to give me the most expensive fix. Completely satisfied and would highly recommend.

Keith responded to my call within minutes and came to the house to do the work less than three hours later. He was quick to figure out our mistake in wiring and fixed it perfectly. He is very knowledgable and we have already scheduled him for two weeks from now to dedicate the new lines we have run in our kitchen.

I contacted Hayes Electric through Angie's list and they got back to me very quickly and we were able to set up an appointment a few days later. The guys showed up at the scheduled time, both were friendly and professional. They were able to wire and install the fan quickly, it looks great and works well. I would use Hayes again for electrical projects in the future, we are very happy with the work they did for us. The price was good and they were easy to work with.

This was a popular deal, so scheduling took a bit of time. However, Hayes showed up on time and completed the work and clean-up well. The outlets ports were positioned such that only one 3-prong plug could be inserted. It would have been helpful to have them arranged so that both could be used with 3-prong plugs.

They were really good and nice. They called me back when I wanted to be called back and returned my calls. They send a guy who's very polite, seem to my business and wasn't rushing me on questions that I have for him and they're very courteous.

It could not have gone any better. A previous electrician had been out to repair a problem with the light fixture above my dining room table. After working an hour that electrician determined the problem was within the body of the fixture itself which he didn't do repair work on. I checked Angie's List and found that Hayes Electric did fixture repair. To my surprise, Keith and his trainee, Zach were able to come out that very afternoon. He thoroughly checked the fixture, said it was fine, and indeed it worked great and has ever since they re-installed it. While he was here, I asked about adding an off/on switch to another hanging light I had. He went to Lowe's and got the needed parts and installed it. Keith was very pleasant and courteous as well as efficient. I absolutely will use him again should any electrical problems occur.

Everything went well. The work was great. He was easy to reach, prompt, and punctual.

Purchased a Big deal for Hayes Electric Services Inc. Had them switch out some light fixtures. They were fine and did a good job.
