The technician was very knowledgeable and completed several tasks efficiently. Both he and Keith are professional, reasonable, and easy to work with.

The worker arrived on time and was courteous and professional and listened well as I explained to him what we wanted to get done. Everything went very well and was done efficiently and professionally. I feel that we got great value for what it cost and we will keep them in mind for future projects, like installing an outside GFCI outlet or two and maybe an outside light.

The worker was extremely professional and polite. We were very impressed would hire them again.

It went fine. He came in for the $99 time and while he was here I asked him to put in another outlet. My point is he was willing to do more with a charge which I appreciated. I don't remember how much the charge was but I agreed with it. I was pleased and I would use him again.

Keith Hayes, the owner/electrician, was prompt and called beforehand to ensure location/time were correct. Keith was extremely knowledgeable and willing to teach me the process. He was efficient and affordable.

I purchased an Angie’s List Big Deal for this service and it was great. I had another electrician who came out and spent two hours on my electrical problem, but could not solve the issue. After paying for that service regardless of them not solving the issue Hays Electric came out and solved the problem in one-half hour. The person who came out was very quick and efficient. I got estimates for several other services I needed and his pricing was the same as I would get with an Angie's List coupon special without the coupon. It was a great deal.

When he came he explained he would need to cut an opening in the wall to run the wiring. He did not patch the hole back up and he did not tell me they were not going to fix it before hand.

I used The Big Deal to have a ceiling fan installed in a bedroom. I had tried to install it myself, but ran into problems that I didn?t feel comfortable dealing with. I also had several GFI outlets installed. Keith Hayes did the work. He was friendly, efficient and pleasant to deal with. He answered my questions about the project and let me watch as he worked. I learned at lot from him.

Keith showed up immediately to provide an estimate on the job. Within days I had a quote emailed to me, we got the job scheduled and he showed up on time and did a fantastic job - I would recommend him over and over again!

I had purchased a Big Deal for 2 hours of labor. Keith promptly worked with me to arrange the work date. Tim did a great job with all of the items. I would definitely use them again and recommend them to others.

Our electric range in the kitchen was tripping the circuit breaker and ceasing to function a few minutes after the oven or broiler was turned on. Keith pulled out the range, tightened the wiring from the range to the outlet and from the outlet to the circuit breaker box, and checked the circuit breaker. He was going to replace the circuit breaker also but did not have the part. After the other adjustments, the range is working fine again, although Keith told us if this problem re-occurred, he would replace the circuit breaker at no labor charge. Keith also re-positioned two can light fixtures in our living room which had been going out due to overheating. He also suggested we replace the existing bulbs with lower wattage CFL bulbs which would further address the problem (which we did!).

The job was a little more complicated than originally thought because wiring needed to be added. Had to reschedule for a two-man crew at a little extra cost. The actual job took two men only 90 minutes and a total of $227 (including the $99 Big Deal prepay). Considering a previous estimate by a different electrician estimated up to $400 for the job, I'm thrilled with the price. The crew called an hour ahead each time to make sure the appointment was still good and they were on time and out the door very quickly.

The installation and the entire process was very smooth. They showed up when they said they would, were very neat and professional and answered every question. I thought the job was done very well. I also think I got a great price as I had purchased a "Big Deal" offer. Keith was very flexible as I had to cancel my appointment once.

We couldn't have been more satisfed. Keith called when he was on the way, arrived a few minutes early. He was friendly and professional. He had our problems identified and fixed in a very short amount of time. He found the problems where we never would have found them! He was very self-sufficient and took great care to clean up. He obviously has great knowledge of his profession and demonstrates initiative. We are already thinking of other things to have him come back to do!

Keith worked on a faulty outlet that needed attention. He worked with perseverance until he found that a wire was cut by a previous owner and was now burning the wood adjacent to it. He actually cut out the piece of wire that was burning, and fixed the entire outlet. If it hadn't been for Keith's intelligent repair of this outlet, we would have likely had a house fire at some point. We are so very thankful for Keith's work ethic in getting to the root of the problem.

Very well. At first I didn't seem to hit it off well with the installer. I hired him for 2 hrs and it seemed almost everything I asked him to do he was unsure if he could do it or not. After I asked, then what shall we do for the 2 hrs I paid for, he became much more helpful. We were able to cover a lot of projects in this time.

He was very professional and systematically trouble shot the breaker issue we were having with the lights. He installed a fan in one of the bedrooms. This was part of an Angie's List Deal - 2 hours of work; and he completed all of the issues withing the 2 hours.

The service provided went really well and fast. The electrician was punctual, efficient, and cleaned-up after himself.

We had purchased a big deal for the service, and it worked out well. My husband dealt with the electrician, but we were satisfied with the work that they did. We did pay some extra as he ended up doing additional work.

This is the second time I've hired Keith and Hayes Electric. I scheduled him to come out and remove an old light fixture and install new recessed lighting in a hallway. He came out to the do the estimate and we scheduled the date for the work three weeks out. Keith and his tech made it out on the scheduled date early than expected which was great. They made sure to put down drop cloths to keep the dust down from cutting the holes for the new lights which I really appreciated. They were also mindful of my dog and cat that were home which I thought was great. Overall, it took them about 3 hours to put in 3 new recessed lights and remove the old fixture. Everything looks greats and I'm really happy with how it turned out. I will definitely hire them again for my next electrical project.

Very good. We bought a "Big Deal" coupon through Angie's list for 2 hours of electric service. Keith arrived and did.both jobs in the two hour purchase window. I actually thought it would take longer and was prepared to have to pay additional expenses. The only additional charge was $6.00 for wire. Keith was professional, friendly and seemed happy to be of service.

I purchased Big Deal coupon. The service was good. The work was good. The price was fine so I bought the coupon. I wanted him to fix a light outside and it was not working for 4-5 years and they couldn’t find anything wrong with it. His main objective was to come out and see if they were cable issues, wiring issues, or if the switches were bad. I remember him squatting down and pushed the reset button and it worked. I tried to fix it for four years and he fixed it in twenty seconds. I also asked him to fix some exterior lights and he was so fast in fixing the other problem. He put in four outdoor light fixtures and he knew exactly how to do that and did a nice job. I am very happy that all are done. I also asked him for his direction how he might put some recess lights in the kitchen and living room and there was some outside plugs that I want put in and he was supposed to come last week but he got a little behind. That is a new job in addition to what I bought.
