He was very prompt; called about 45 minutes prior to the appointment to reconfirm. He was very professional. Arrived, started working right away and did not spend additional time carrying on idle chit chat. When he was finsihed he advised me and then left.

They were great. They were on time. He went above and beyond. He took my old chandelier and he carried it down to the basement.

Keith is the owner. He was polite and personable and explained everything he did.

This is the second time I have used Keith and will continue to in the future. Actually we spoke about him changing some light fixtures for me in the future . He does great work and is very kind and trust worthy!

Keith was great. He agreed to come for an estimate in the coldest day of January while other contractors refused due to weather conditions. He knows what he is doing and seems to enjoy his job. Easy going, positive attitude. Will use Hayes Electric again.

Once again (for at least the fifth time), Keith did an outstanding job for our home. He is always prompt, courteous, knowledgeable, and explains every part of the job he is doing. We will continue to use him for all of our electrical needs.

I think they came out pretty quickly. I think there were extra charges but it was pretty minimal. I was really happy. I felt like for the $99, he did a lot of work within that time frame so I felt like it was a really good value.

They were great! Keith came out and gave us an estimate before we bought the house, so we could use the information in negotiations with the seller. We set a date for him to come out after we closed on the property, but the weather turned out to be so frigid that I suggested rescheduling. He came out a couple of weeks later, and I totally trusted him and John in our house. Keith was funny when he broke it to me that we had a squirrel in our attic, and a week later the critter ridder came and reported the squirrel had eaten through the insulation around a wire up there. John came the next day and replaced the wire, while the captured squirrel watched from her trap.

This is the second time we have used Keith and our second review. Will definitely use him in the future and recommend him to others

They handled everything with great efficiency. I would use them again.

Keith was punctual and responsive. My only complaint is that he charged me $115.00 for less than 30 minutes of work. I provided the GFI outlet.

Part of the service we needed was completed, but part will need to wait until spring, so more to follow. The only negative was Keith's associate missed an appointment without calling, leaving us waiting around, but Keith himself came the next day.

Excellent and personable service. Not sure about price. Charge for "other" which I did not even look at at the time.

This involved quite a bit of work. John needed to finish our project for another two hours. He charged $153.20 for those extra two hours. We thought that was very reasonable. John cleaned up all the boxes and saw dust from the installation of our new track lighting. I will definitely call Hayes Electric Services whenever I need future electrical service.

We call them because there is no power to the gas stove. First he check the circuit box. But later he found out the outlet need to be replaced. And he did.

Hayes responded quickly to an emergency situation. He went right at the problem and fixed it promptly without incident. They will be the first company I call in a similar situation.

Jon, the electrician, worked very efficiently to get all of the wiring completed and switches and lights installed in three different areas as noted above, resulting in a major improvement both in terms of security and improved exterior lighting for ourselves and visitors.

I got him from Angie's List. I bought the ceiling fans on my own, and he ran the wiring through the walls and installed the ceiling fans as well. He was good.

Our home is over 30 years old and I had begun to notice that the circuit breakers were blowing for no apparent reason such as using the blow dryer at my vanity or the microwave at the same time as garage/outdoor usage. Also the wrap protecting the outdoor electrical cable had deteriorated. I felt it was time to upgrade before my house burned down. Owner, Keith Hayes, scheduled the service promptly and was friendly, professional and accomodating. All service was performed neatly and timely with no mess left behind. I especially appreciate that Keith took the initiative to clearly label every circuit breaker so that we could easily identify to what it was connected. How refreshing...no unpleasant surprises or additional charges/fees. Great work at the quoted price. I highly recommend Keith Hayes!

Keith Hayes is very professional and goes above and beyond. I am having him back to install a motion sensor light in my driveway and 3 outlets in my basement. I had no trouble getting in touch with him via phone and he did an excellent job. He had a tight space under my deck to work in to install my hot tub. I love that he was able to install it so no wires were showing. He made the process very easy which makes me want to have him do more work in my home. I would highly recommend him.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It turned out fine. I paid over the deal price of $99 because I had several things done. The guy who did the work was a nice guy and very helpful. I was impressed by him.

The work went great. He showed up when he was expected. He was professional, friendly and a pleasure to work with.

They did a great job and they were able to get what I needed to have done.

The owner, Keith called promptly and scheduled service the following day. He installed a new chandelier and checked out an outdoor lamp that wasn't working. Professional and courteous. Due to the ceiling height, it required a rental ladder and a 2nd person to help with the ladder so it cost a little more than I expected. In fairness I didn't ask for a price estimate up front, but it would have been helpful to disclose that there would be an equipment rental and extra labor required due to the ceiling height.

It was an Angie's List Big Deal that I purchased. It worked out just fine. There were additional charges because there were a couple of lighting fixtures we needed to be added and out in and he ran some wirings for those. They were very prompt, responsive, and they did the work that we have asked. It was a good experience overall. The bad part was that I needed some outlets put on the outside of my deck and they just never seemed to have put that together so I used another company for that. It’s a one-man band so it’s a little hard to communicate, meaning it’s him and his cellphone so it’s not like they have any kind of answering service or that.
