Quick response and follow up. Problem was identified and isolated without issues. All repair work was done within an hour and service was restored to all faulty outlets. This guy did a great job and I would use him again.

random electrical outings were occurring in the home at different times and places. We had an inspection done and John found a power surge/ wiring problem with the upstairs bathroom. John was very personable, efficient, and thorough. He solved a problem that we were afraid would be costly. The services were rendered and at an exceptional cost.

The electrician showed up on time. He was professional and friendly. He explained what he was going to do and how long he would take. I asked him to be careful digging around my plants and he was.

Honestly, we couldn't be happier with the work or with Hayes Electric. It was a very tricky installation as the chandelier is mounted in the center of the staircase, about 16 feet up with no good access point. Keith himself called the morning of the appointment for confirmation and arrived right on schedule. He surveyed the work site, brought in his equipment and had begun to remove the old chandelier before we had the new one completely unwrapped! He was patient and helpful as we talked through the new chandelier's height and alignment, and it went up without a problem. In an hour it was done and he was cleaning up. It couldn't have gone more smoothly! Throughout the work Keith was friendly and willing to answer all of our questions about the current project and future work we're considering, and we're already planning to hire Hayes Electric again in the near future!

I made 3 phone calls and left messages for a return phonecall. On my fourth phonecall Mr. Hayes answered the phone. I outlined my electrical needs (a couple ceiling fans wired and a phone line fixed). The soonest I could have the work done was "into mid June" which was 5- 6 weeks out. It seems the Angie's list great reviews has brought more business than they can handle which is good tor them and I am sure they aren't the only companies that are busy. SUGGESTION - it would save the users time if each vendor had a "Next Availability" banner on each description.

hayes electric was great! they called and worked with my schedule for the appointment. they called the morning of service to let me know they were on their way. i showed them where i wanted the fixture and post and he said no problem. he ran into several problems and kept me informed of what was going on. he spent more time on the project than expected, but the cost was true to the estimate. he took the angies list coupon and i was completely happy with the service!!! great job!

He found the problem and explained what to do if his fix didn't work. I bought a new timer, a friend installed it, and the lights now work.

The light fixture came down when I attempted to change the bulb. Hayes' representative came when promised. He assessed the problem, repaired it. At my request, he inspected other similar fixtures and an outlet and even changed lightbulbs. He was efficient, professional, and friendly. We would definitely use Hayes again.

Went every well they came and gave us a quote and two ways of doing it. We choose to work with them we are very happy. Came and moved everything and they were very nice and cleaned up. We did have a little problem and we called Keith and we had someone here in about a hour. I called Keith and he answered my call himself. He came out and gave me an estimate without delay. I was able to schedule the work around my busy schedule. Keith called me the morning of my appointment to let me know he was on his way.Keith had to run new wiring since I did not have an existing ceiling fan.He was able to do this without causing drywall damage in the living area!! I also was able to add additional work at the same time. I have used Keith before and will continue to do so. He is also going to do work for my daughter!

Keith is outstanding. He spent tow hours on an initial troubleshooting service call and fixed the problems. I HIGHLY recommend ans will definitely use again.

Keith called me back and set up an appointment right away. He arrived promptly (actually a bit earlier than we said, but he called first to make sure that was okay). Keith was pleasant and professional. He fixed all of our issues quickly (including the 2 light fixtures which I hadn't even mentioned to him when arranging the appointment). He charged a fair price -- much more fair than a previous electrician I had used 2 years ago!

I have to say this guy is great! I had purchased an Angie's deal for two hours of work at $99.00. I couldn't use it by it's expiration but he told me it wasn't an issue. Fast forward approximately two years and I finally schedule the work to be done. He arrived on time and did the work requested which wasn't really easy considering the 100+ year old house. I believe it took him a bit over the two hours of allowed in the deal but he held that price and only charged for the parts need to complete the job. I will certainly call him again if/when I need electrical work!

John from Hayes Electric was able to troubleshoot all of the problems in our electric and fix them. I called the company in the morning and they were able to send someone over the same day who was close to the area. We are trying to get our house ready to put on the market so the responsiveness was super helpful and appreciated! Would definitely recommend!

The provider scheduled a time, and when the worker was sick they bent over backwards to find a convenient time for my husband and I to have them return. They handled the situation very well. The final cost from removing knob & tube wiring in my attic came in way under the estimate so I appreciated their honesty in the amount of labor and materials used. I had a great experience and would recommend them to anyone needing electrical work.

He installed some lights in the closet for us and he was fabulous.

Before we called Hayes, we tried to get an estimate from 2 other providers. We heard about the difficulty of doing the job after the back splash was on, and that some compromises would be required (i.e., there would be no master wall switch for all five sets of lights). Even after accepting the restrictions, we could never get an actual estimate. After waiting almost a month with no contact, we decided to try someone else, and we found Hayes on Angie's List. Keith Hayes came out right away to assess the job. He had no problem with the back splash, and agreed to fish all required lines up from the basement. He said a master wall switch would be no problem. We received a formal estimate that night by email, and scheduled the work for the following week. On the day of the work, Keith Hayes called before he came, and showed up right on schedule. He is very personable and professional. His work was meticulous. Five sets of Xenon lights (3-threes and 2-singles) were installed along two walls, with the master switch conveniently located on a third wall. He cleaned up after himself, and was done with the job by mid afternoon. We are very satisfied with the result. The final cost was exactly as estimated. We highly recommend Keith Hayes.

He was outstanding. I just tell him what I want and they mold their service to my needs. I had a farm and I had to do some unusual work and a lot of people say you don't need this, you don't need that. Or you should do it this way or that way. I want it done this way, can you figure it out. He will say okay you are the boss I will figure it out. He figured it out my way. This guy listens. He doesn't give you what he wants to do he give you what you want. I get turn around, next day.
