+ 0 moreThey have been very good. They would be at least a 4 or 4 1/2 on a scale of 1-5 with 5 being the best. When we have an issue we call them and they come out and then bill us. They access the situation and they do a really good job. The pricing is reasonable for what they do. Sometimes they have said they would be there at a certain time and they weren't and nobody called. We would absolutely use them again.
Description of Work: We use them for air conditioning concerns, heating and plumbing issues. They checked our air conditioning the beginning of spring. They were last here for a plumbing issue.

+ -1 moreI have not received the bill yet but it will just be for the labor because the actual unit is on warranty. They are very prompt. Their availability is really good. They prioritize their work because if someone is having a flooding issue they would pick them first. Their office staff is very pleasant and helpful. The people who come out have been neat and clean. They are very respectful of my property and the time that they are taking as well. They do a really good job. They are not the least expensive people in town.
Description of Work: I have used Winfield Plumbing & Heating, Inc many times for heating and air conditioning services. The last time they were here to replace the coil for the air conditioning unit.
