+ -1 moreVery well. Very impressed with their product. The four installers showed up, the work was done in 4-5 hours and the cleanup was exceptional. The only issue I had was communication with the installers. Either they didn't understand english well or they choose to not understand english well.

Description of Work: They purchased windows in my mother's home. I was there with her through the whole process. Everything went very smooth they did a excellent job. The workers were very professional. The windows have improved the appeal of her home and helped cut heating and cooling costs. The difference is amazing!

We need 13 windows replaced and the cost was going to be $24,000 after seeing that we nicely told them that we can't afford that. The guy stood up without saying a word packed up his stuff and stormed out of the house. No call for a review or anything after the meeting.

+ -1 morethey came out measured the windows and in the due time was here early in morning to put new windows in. They warned us it would get dusty in the house. One man started tearing out old windows and another started installing the new windows. as soon as the window was in another man put up trim around windows. They got it all done in good time, cleaned up their mess and was gone. We have 6 beautiful windows. Need four more, but can't afford them.
Description of Work: replaced very old windows with new double hung windows five double hung windows and one picture window all triple pane windows.

+ -1 moreIt went very well. It took them less than 3 hours. They were very efficient and professional. And they cleaned up after themselves. The windows are excellent. We live in West Texas and have had several dust storms, but none of it came through the seams on the windows. You can't even hear the wind outside. The product, as well as the installation, is great.

+ -1 moreI have unusual windows. They are 6 feet high and 2 feet across. They were one of the very few that said they could make them as double hung. They even came down $1000 on the price after a bit of haggling. I have now had these windows about 6 months. The old windows allowed the heat and cold(112 degrees at times in the summer and typically the teens and 20's in the winter)to come through. You could feel the heat on the floor where direct sunlight hit it. I fell NONE of that with these new windows. We could feel a noticeable difference in the temperature in the house the day after we had them installed. Product is great and was installed within 3 weeks of signing the papers. Most if the time was the custom design of the windows. We have a few left to replace and WILL use them again!

+ 0 moreIt was a very nice experience from start to finish. The salesman was nice, the man coming to review the job before they stared was nice, the installation team was 1st class. I ask that on gate be left open so that my dogs would not get out and that was done very well. There was nothing done sloppily it was all done to a very professional extent. I would recommend this company to anyone.
Description of Work: Covered every bit of the wood on my house except the garage doors with either metal or vinyl trim.

Description of Work: We didn't purchase any windows at this time. The rep showed up as scheduled and went through an extensive presentation (two hour). When he left we were certainly more knowledgeable and thought he had a quality product. My only complaint is that at the beginning we both said we did not like to dicker about price. Give us the bottom line. He agreed and the after we got the price and told him we needed time to think about it he cut the price by $1000 if we could commit in 3 days. So much for no dickering.

Description of Work: Woodbridge came by my home as a cold call and asked if I were interested in upgrading my home with insulation, windows, etc. I had been thinking about new windows and made an appointment to visit about their products. I was greatly impressed with their product and agreed to replace my 62 year old windows. My appointment with their representative was the middle of November and the windows were installed within one month. When they measured the windows I was told that my windows were odd measurements, with no one the same as another. Fortunately I only had eight windows to be replaced! They custom made each window and each fits perfectly! I was notified about a week before installation. They were at my home by 8:30 that morning and finished before 5:00 that day. I was greatly impressed with their ability to keep my home warm while replacing my windows with the new ones. My home is warmer, has fewer drafts and I can tell a difference since they were installed. I highly recommend this company to anyone who is interested in improving or replacing any of the home weatherization products this company provides. One of the other main attractions was their "unconditional" lifetime warranty.

They tell you that you dont't pay anything untill you are happy with the windows but you sign when they get them installed he told me it was just to say they were there but that is not the case you sign that they were there you have to pay, thinking about getting a lawyer involved.
Description of Work: They came to replace 5 windows, they did get them in a timley manor but there work was not the best quality. The windows leaked air and they used way to much silicone inside and out look pretty good on the out side but look like crap on the inside, the window on the back side of the house has been replaced 3 times 3 diffrent people and still leaks air we even hade to replace some sidding that they messed up, the last visit from them was September of this year.

+ -1 moreWe got estimates from many different companies regarding replacing all of our windows. 24 in total. We were given numbers anywhere from $9,000-$47,500 for completing the job. The difference is price was based largely on the materials used to make the windows. Woodbridge was by far the best quality made window. Even with ordering such a large set of windows, they came in fast. Instalation took 2.5 days for a 2 man team. Including removing our old single pane steel framed windows and installing the new windows. They then wrapped the outside in siding material to match our exterior paint.

+ -1 moreWe got a pretty good discount from Woodbridge Home Exteriors. Their product is very good for one thing. Their installation was good. We have never had any problem with the windows. They guarantee it for lifetime. If the window breaks, I just have to call them and they would come out and replace it.

+ -1 moreThey have life time warranty on the windows so long as we live here. If anything happens no matter whose fault it is or what happens they will come out and replace the whole window. I don't know what happened. The upper pane on one of the back windows in our spare bedroom had a crack in it. I don't know how it got there or how long it has been that way and they just came out and replaced the whole window with a new one. We will use them in the future.

+ -1 moreOverall the experience was a good one. We were disappointed in the salesman. The company seemed to care when we told them but I don't know that anything was done about it. We plan on using this company for siding too.
Description of Work: We had a gentleman come to our home and show us the windows that they manufacture. After a little pressure we decided to go ahead and be a "market" home, where people could come by and look at our windows, we'd advertise in the yard, and be available for 30 days to take calls from potential buyers. The paperwork was done and we were told that because of the fact it is a energy saving upgrade, we would have an interest rate of 3% to 5%. A few days later we got a call that we had been approved for the windows at 12.9%. Not near what the salesman quoted us. 3 weeks after we ordered the windows they were installed. The installation crew, of 3 people, installed 11 windows in less than a day. They did a great job and clearly knew what they were doing.
