Horrible service. My father in law was paying almost 250 a month. Then when he tried to cancel his services. The man who he had signed up with acted like he was new. But my father in law had his contract from 2019. The customer service on the phone was horrible as well. I tried to explain why my father in law wanted to drop them and the lady copped an attitude with me then hung up. When we told them what we would be paying for another company they tried to get us to stay with us paying more than the other company. On multiple occasions they wouldn’t pick up because a vehicle was ‘to close’ or there was a ‘branch’ in the way. These vehicles and branches were not to close more were they in the way. Would not waste my money there.

This company cannot get anything right. After moving we had multiple times where our trash was not picked up and I was on auto-pay. I called them and was told I had not paid. But I did. Then I had to bring the trash out again for them to get it a couple days later. Multiple calls as well. This happened 4 times in 2 years. Then they wouldn't take any extra recycling if it wasn't in the bin. So we canceled their recycling because this is a sub poor service. They said they would pick up the bin but they left it in the neighbors driveway for some reason standing up. I called and wasted more time with them only to be told they would come out a week later to pick it up. So now I have to keep dragging it back and forth hoping they will pick it up. OH, and they won't cancel my recycling until my bin has been picked up, but they are the idiots that can't pick it up. What a joke of a company. I'll be changing my trash to someone else soon as well.

Service was fine. But, the rate kept increasing with no prior notice. Even after I switched to a different provider, their service was inconsistent. Sent repeated bills and collection threats for outrageous alleged cost of bins (which they picked up but somehow didn't record doing so). When a truck backed into my fence pole recently, they had someone here to repair very promptly.

I spend $65 every 3 months. They have competitive coupons available.

They charge everyone different fees.people I know in much better neighborhoods paid a lot less then me. After I quit service it took them 4weeks to pick up full garbage container.

They charge by the ton. They were on time when they brought it out and when they removed it.

I got suckered into getting my trash service from these guys because of the recycling. I try to be "green" and thought this would be a great service. All the promises of the coupons being worth the service are not really true--on the commercials, for instance, they said there were Target coupons, etc., and there are none. The cost is around $11 extra a month. Gift cards for ten dollars are 2500 points, which I have finally reached that amount of points after two years. The coupons are spotty at best, and you always have to purchase a large amount of something for the coupons to be worth anything. I only use one coupon regularly that I can print, so paying extra for this service is not worth it. As of late, the coupons have gotten worse and worse. Anyways, I set up service, and was not told I had to sign a contract over the phone, this was around February of 2010. They sent me a contract in the mail, and in a bit of desperation (just moved to new house, loaded up with boxes and trash and trying to plan a wedding on top of it) I signed it. BIG MISTAKE. I found out later that I am stuck for three years and paying $20 more per quarter than other people and my friends for the same exact service (same company). My bill is around $90 a month with the recycling. I called them and tried to ask them to lower my rate to match everyone else's, since we only put our trash out every other week anyway with the recycling, but they said no. We barely use our trash service and never have extra bags since we are a two-person household. Funny however, they have tried to raise my rate multiple times, and each time I have to call to resolve it, since I am supposedly under a contract with a fixed rate. Apparently that means they can raise it, but I can't pay less even when I am not using the service fully. The only nice thing they have done is pick up my trash/recycling a time I forgot to put it out. There have been a few times when the recycling was out in the morning and they never picked it up. I only have one more quarter with this company and I am out. Even then, however, they are going to charge me to pick up the cans. I am going to try to see if I can find a truck and drive them there to avoid more of my money going to this company. Stay away!! UPDATE: 1/1/13. Got my new bill in the mail-- It is now raised to $96.01 for a small trash container and recycling without any forewarning of an increase. I will be canceling my contract tomorrow, finally it is up!
