They did a fine job. They moved a 1,000 pound safe out of my basement over a new hard wood floor with no damage. I call that a miracle. They were here early and stayed until it was done. They were here early. They were very professional.

Two men and a truck arrive on time.  Movers were young, and the day was very hot.  Movers worked hard.  It is expected to tip movers after move as one mover said.  Boxes were put into the wrong rooms.  Damage our bookcase.  No regard on how boxes were stacked.  Big boxes were place on small boxes, heavy boxes were stacked on light boxes. Boxes that should of been place in garage were brought into house.  Had to asked them to reattached refrigerator doors. Recliners were not put back together. Trucks were not stack in an efficient manner had to rent another truck to move items that they could not get on.    I would also keep track of the time they say they were here.  Nice kids, but knowledge in moving is lacking.  My recommendations would be to find another mover.

They are very professional, courteous, answered all questions, careful with our furniture and helpful.  We have a lot of heavy furniture and they were careful and wrapped things.

We were given an estimate of $900 to pack and $1,500, a total of $2,400, to load and move us less than 10 miles. The final bill was $3,182.18 even after a reduction of nearly $700 because we were so upset and angry. Two workers took 4.5 hours to pack the things they were supposed to pack. They completed three bedrooms and a family room, which was only a few items, and only about half the things in the kitchen we wanted packed. On moving day, 25 June, 5 workers showed up at 10:45 AM as scheduled and began loading. After taking a one hour lunch break and two fifteen minute breaks, the movers completed off-loading 1 full truck and another truck approximately 3/4 full at 1:30 AM. Another time had to be scheduled later in the week to move approximately 1/2 a truckload of items from the garage. This took approximately 2.5 hours to complete. Why did it take so long to move our things?? Because the workers were observed standing around talking and doing nothing for extended periods of time, one worker was observed many time just standing in the truck leaning on piles of pads or the wall, packed boxes were moved one at a time and by hand without using a two wheeler. During our "discussion" with Garrett, the reason we were given for the inordinate amount of time was that "they were being especially careful with our possessions" and "they had to take stuff down stairs with a 90 degree turn in them". Given that most houses in the Wichita area have stairs in them, and a big share of those have a 90 degree turn in them, that strikes me as a pretty lame excuse. Garrett (the local office manager) personally estimated our job, walking through the house we moved from and I am pretty sure we informed him that some of our articles would be placed in the basement. After he saw the magnitude of our move with his own eyes, he missed the estimate that much?? Sounds like some estimating training might be in order. I am not opposed to paying for services received by any means, but when I am given an estimated cost prior to commencing the job, then I expect the final cost to be reasonably close to that estimate. What really infuriates me is to be given an estimated cost, giving the go-ahead based on that estimate, then with no warning get hit at the end with a huge cost increase. That to me is poor business, and for that very reason, I will never use Two Men And  A Truck again and I will NEVER recommend this company to anyone.
