Top Masters, Inc

I really wanted this to work out well but unfortunately it has not. I was connected to these folks through Home Depot while I was in the store inquiring about countertops. They indicated that they subbed all the work out to Top Masters and that they would call me the next day to set up an appointment to measure. One week and a follow up phone call to Home Depot and Top Masters still hadn't called. After another week without a call I ended up calling them. I finally got someone to come out and measure my countertops so that they could provide me with a quote. I let him know the deal that Home Depot was running that I was hoping to take advantage of and he seemed surprised that they were offering what they were. After measuring they emailed a quote promptly but it a) was higher per sq ft than what was posted at Home Depot, b) was not the correct square footage and c) did not include the free sink that was advertised. I emailed the salesman back asking to rework the quote two weeks ago (08/05/13) and still have not heard anything back from them. So at this point it has been about a month since I went in to Home Depot and I'm no where closer to getting new countertops than when I started. Basically, the company has terrible communication with their customers and is a pain in the a** to work with. Home Depot should really find someone else to work with.

When they came with the new countertops, they did not fit. They had measured wrong where the cooktop range went. The seam was not to show where they were put together and it did. As of now, three months later, the seam is still not fixed. We had to pay up front and communication has always been a problem.
