Titan-Moving

From the moment I called for the estimate, I was impressed. The staff was friendly and helpful, working around my schedule to come out and give us an estimate. Brian was on-time and very thorough in his inventory. He offered suggestions to make the move easier, faster, and cheaper as well as setting very reasonable expectations. He kept in contact between the time we agreed on the service and the moving date, so I was sure we were all set. Then, on moving day, the team showed up ready to work! They were polite, friendly, and respectful of both our family and our things. Everything was wrapped with stretch wrap and blankets and I heard the lead mover tell the crew several times how important it was to care for our things like it was their own. Not only were they professional and polite, they were super fast and efficient. They would literally RUN back after delivering an item to get the next one and they rarely took breaks. When they did - they asked us first! Whenever a new member of the crew came on site, they immediately found my wife and I to introduce themselves and thank us for the business. At the end of the job, they did a walkthrough with us to make sure everything was placed as we wanted it and that we were satisfied. Let me say this... I HATE moving... and I hope I never need movers again... but if I do, I will absolutely be calling Brian and the team!
