+ -1 moreHe finished just part of it, it looks horrible, we paid him $400.00. The sims don't match. I also tried to tracked him and he moved from 1 place to another, we tried to call every number we have for him but he never answered the phone. I would not recommend anybody else to hire him.

+ 0 moreForget about the rest on Angies list. The Windows Guys are the hidden gem! Everything could not have gone better. Took little to no supervision. Took a house that had been sitting empty a year and destroyed with hail damage and turned the exterior into a brand new house. This house was an eye sore and now it looks great. It looked so bad, before they did the work, that we couldnt even get a mortgage company to give us a loan on it. Now I have sent them a picture on what they had missed out on. Can't say enough good things about the work. Scott made sure everything was perfect. You won't be sorry if you give them a call.
Description of Work: Replaced most of and repaired siding, soffet, gutter and replaced all the windows. Painted trim to match.

+ -1 moreAfter contacting them to replacing broken glass on a ground floor house window, they took a couple weeks to schedule an estimate . They provided glass replacement estimate by looking at outside of window only. Then they took a couple weeks to schedule an appointment to fix window. Contractor arrived late (after agreed appointment window) to replace glass, and then after looking at the inside, realized it was going to be more difficult and take more time than originally estimated. However, they still performed the agreed upon job at the original estimated price. Work was satisfactory, although some of the paint was chipped off around the inside of the window. The contractor warned us ahead of time this might happen, and said they do not cover or fix minor wood scrapes or damage.

+ -1 moreI was completely satisfied with the work and they even provided a five year workmanship warranty to boot.
Description of Work: After meeting with several roofing companies, TWG Roofing was the only company that focused on taking care of all the hail damage to my home, not just the gutters and roof. When the insurance adjuster came out, he failed to include my damaged siding, metal window wraps, damaged screens and hail dented garage door. A representative of TWG Roofing met with the adjuster a second time and finalized the claim to include these items. Throughout this process I truly feel TWG Roofing had my best interest at heart. The work was performed in a timely and professional manner by employees of TWG Roofing not out of state storm chasers. The crews were courteous and organized and six months later I still haven't come across a roofing nail. In summary I couldn't have been happier with my experience with TWG Roofing and highly recommend them to my family and friends and fellow Angie's List participants.
