It went well, Jeff over and beyond to give good service.

Very professional and friendly service, the company provided FREE service/cleaning for lifetime - transferable upon sale of the home. They found that two of our downspouts were clogged, which the previous contractor had overlooked. Thus far, no complaints; if we have any problems, we will call them back!

Prompt response to initial call & follow up questions. Everything done as per the estimate. Installation & clean-up done well.

I tried to contact this company five times (at different times of the day over 3 separate days), but no one ever answered the phone. All I could get was an automated phone message that indicated that my call was very important to them. If I can't get ahold of a company to perform services before the service has even been sold, what happens if there's a problem after the service has been provided? I don't conduct professional business over voicemail, as I do not enjoy the phone tag that ensues afterward since I am generally unavailable for phone calls during the business day (I know this is a personal restriction). I refuse to chase contractors during the sales phase, because that rarely bodes well for getting ahold of someone after the job is done if follow-up work is required. Hopefully other people have had better experiences.

The gutter guys were prompt, professional, courteous, and set it up where didn't have to leave work for them to do the work. The icing on the cake is that there prices are excellent. Great Job!

We needed to have our gutters replaced due to faulty work from a prior company. My husband dealt with the Gutter Guys for the most part. Out of the companies we received estimates from, they were the most professional and the price seemed reasonable from other estimates. We were promised that they would fix any issue we were having with our gutters and adjust things until it was right. (We were having an issue of water dumping over the side of one of the corners, and leaking on the backside of the house. We have had a leaky basement in the past, so this was a big concern for us.) The workers were punctual, and the work was done in a timely manner. They put up all new gutters and removed and hauled away our old ones. A few weeks later, there was a big rainstorm so we could see the gutters working. Most of it looked great, however, there was still a tiny leak in the part I described earlier. Nothing terrible, but enough that it was making a puddle in front of our house. My husband emailed the owner and sent a picture, asking if this was to be expected or if it could be readjusted. The next day Gutter Guys were at my door, readjusted the gutters and fixed the issue. So far, so good! We are very happy with our gutters, and are extremely happy with the service and reliability of this company. I would recommend them and have to some family members.
