Kerry Parham was on time and did a detailed inspection of the house we were trying to buy. He was professional and very thorough. Kerry took a lot of time with the inspection itself and also a lot of time explaining to us, in terms we could understand, what issues he found. His written report was very well done, detailed and included pictures of the problem areas.

Terra Inspections was able to set up the appointment to take place within a day or two of my call. He showed up when he said he would. Very professional and I'm pleased with the service. I would definitely use them again.

Communication was great and they can be reached by phone or email very easily. Punctual and the owner was willing to work on short notice although it was apparent the company did have a schedule and I doubt they would bump someone just so that they could accomodate our need. The inspection was thorough and complete and was performed by the owner. The inspector did not hold back opinions and was able to produce the report within 24 hours. Since I arrived at the end of the inspection, the inspector was willing to go over the findings with me ahead of the formal report. The inspector was more than willing to discuss the details of the findings and also give recommendations on how to repair or replace the problems he identified. He was able to discreetly give opinions on the real estate agents involved in the transaction without saying anything negative about the agent or the company they represented. The report was not a suprise as the inspector had told me everything that was to be on the report.I asked them to schedule a second home inspection and they did not have any openings in the week and the owner would have worked on a Saturday to help us if we had needed their services. Flexibility was great and I trust their findings and do not anticipate any unknown troubles after purchasing the home.

Very professional, extremely in depth, fast turnaround. I'd use Terra again and I'll definitely recommend to my friends and colleagues that need home inspections.
