Description of Work: Purchased new luxury vinyl flooring and a Star team also installed it. The Star team was a subcontractor -- my install took far longer than initially quoted but overall the experience was good.

Description of Work: I ordered 140 linear feet of base trim, and when I went to pick it up I found (foolish me) that I could not safely transport it in my truck. The Star manager graciously asked an employee to drive a star truck and drop the trim off at my house. I was blown away by how Star tries to help out it's customers. I will always choose Star first as a result!
