They did a great job. I was on the waiting list and they ended up coming out early so I was able to get service sooner than expected. They did a great job, very professional and I paid on the spot. I'd recommend them and I'll be using them in the future.

Not well. When no one showed I decided I could figure it out and I got the system up and running and called to figure out why no one came. They then proceeded to charge me for the whole visit and the all of the services that THEY DID NOT PERFORM! The tech also apparently REPLACED the bell housing rather than rebuilt it with out asking for my approval and they charged me for the new unit at an insane markup! Took me months of them sending late payments for a service they did not perform before they finally zeroed out the account. While they eventually stopped trying to get month for what they did not do and the people in the office were, for the most part, friendly. WHAT A HASSLE!

I had used SSI for several years and it was always very difficult to find a time for them to come out as it appeared they do not staff after 5 nor on the weekends. I would always have to leave work early to meet them. Twice they were no shows and on both occasions I had missed a half day of work. Frustrated, I changed to Reddi Irrigation. When I called to make an appointment with Reddi they ask when I would like them to come out instead of "we have an opening at 1pm on thursday". I have had them out 5 times and they always work with my schedule instead of me having to work with theirs. On one occasion they even come out on Sunday. They are always on time, call me 15 minutes before arriving, are very professional and cost less then SSI.

This service done on 4/12/13 was done in a timely manner. We were given a time of 8-noon and technician arrived at 12:30 PM. No problems detected so far with this repair.

They were highly professional and knowledgeable. They were good to work with.

When the irrigation system was turned on the following spring, 2007, we discovered broken or "open" parts. Pipe had been twisted off and was loose in the hole. Company denied being responsible. Kept us hanging. Would not schedule timely repairs. Telephone receptionist was rude and condescending. When representative came to make repair, after waiting for weeks, he was not knowledgeable. Called office again, finally got repair made in 2008 at our expense. Similar issue this spring. Can't turn water on apparently due to way valve was tightened. Same receptionist, same delay of 3 weeks. She actually said, "the date you turn on the system does not have anything to do with the date you turn off the system". No kidding! Have a call into water department for repair. I don't appreciate being talked to like I'm a child. Husband talked to owner. He will "try to" have someone stop by" in the next week. Slippery folks.

The firm called the day before and provided a two hour window when they would arrive. They called the day of and were running a little early so called to request if they could arrive earlier, came over about 45 minutes ahead of schedule. Service person was very polite, performed the back flow testing and determined that one cellanoid (sp?) was leaking and one head in yard was that had been capped was leaking. He called me at work to tell me of the problem and offer two suggest repairs - replace the cellanoid and either replace the head or cap the line back at the tee. This second choice was requested. He completed the work, left minimal disruption to my yard and cleaned up the hole he dug to perform the repair at the leaky line. He accepted our credit card by processing over the phone at their office. I have used this firm in the past and this service as all in past was professional, timely, and overall a good experience.
