The crew did a great job. They answered many questions that I had and made a few changes that I requested on the install of the new American Standard 21 SEER heat pump system. This air conditioner is so quiet I can barely hear it run. I have a Very comfortable house now!

He does a very good job. He is pretty good about getting someone out on the same day.

My parents were in process of selling their home when an inspection found a crack in the heat exchanger of the furnace. This problem had to be addressed quickly and we found Specialized Service to be responsive to our call and helpful as we planned for the required furnace replacement. We were on a short timeline and Specialized Service was prompt, professional and efficicent.

I am pleased with the service provided by Specialized Service. When my heater stopped working (during cold weather), the owner of the company responded quickly and reviewed options for repairing my system as well several options for replacing my system. I appreciated the range of options offered and help in understanding the pros and cons. This company was responsive to my call and questions, arrived on-time, and efficient in completing the required work. The required city inspection also went smoothly. I will call them again for any heating or air conditioning concern. I used this company previously, at a different location (Riverside), for replacement of our heating and air conditioning units as well as an attic remodel project that involved the additiona of duct work and placement of an additional air conditioning unit.
