Description of Work: I used Sod Shop, Inc. We got sod from them this year.

Description of Work: They came out and gave a great estimate for sod. Didn't end up purchasing because of funds but would definitely use them if we could have.

Description of Work: We had the Sod Shop come out and lay several areas of sod. We intentionally waited until our irrigation system was in to have the sod laid. Micah wasn't very responsive at calling us back on projected service times, price, etc. We remained patient as they were willing to do the services when our preference was. They showed up in the projected hour they estimated however we didn't know until 730 that morning that they would be there between 8-9. Again, we were patient.Micah called after they were done and advised we needed to water asap and heavily as it was going to be over 90 degrees today.My husband rushed home to turn on the irrigation system and went back to work.When I arrived home later and was checking the sod and water times I noticed a sprinkler head stuck under the sod. After running all zones where the sod was laid we had 10 of 12 sprinkler heads covered by the sod which meant no water on those areas of the sod during the heat. They stated they usually cut around the heads. We called Micah to let him know as we are concerned the sod will die. He again stated they usually cut around them but if one wasn't cut around then likely others weren't too. We did not appreciate the excuse. Had he told us this could be an issue in advance we would have made arrangements to operate the sprinkler system immediately after it was laid. However, nothing was ever said about this being a potential issue. Micah did offer to replace the sod if it dies. Overall, I would not use this company again due to the lack of communication, service, and lack of quality of work. The sod itself, thus far, seems fine. lastly, I marked the price down in category due to the level of service we received.

Description of Work: Put sod on yard that had been previously graded.

Description of Work: They came in an took out all of the old grass and re sodded the front yard did it when they said they would and for less money.The sod has been down for two weeks and it is doing really good no problems at all.I would recommend them.
