They were able to remove a pink stain in white carpet.

During a week of moving where everything else was going wrong, the carpet cleaning provided by Snow White was WONDERFUL. They quoted a competitive price, worked with our schedule (which was up in the air until the last minute), showed up on time, were pleasant, and did a great job cleaning the carpets. The carpet in our new home had several significant stains and they spent a great deal of time and care to make sure the stains were removed. We will use this company for every carpet cleaning we will need in the future.

I called the company to schedule the estimate to clean an 8 x 10 wool area rug that had been stained from kids and soiled from a new dog. They told me that they would come to my house and pick up and deliver the rug for the cleaning. And If I liked the estimate, they would take it the same day. That sold me right there. The owner arrived a few minutes before our scheduled time and and gave me a fair estimate. We scheduled a time (within a 2-hour window) when the carpet would be returned. When the rug was returned a week later, they unrolled the rug and put it in place. It looked very clean and smelled fresh. A few days later, I found a slight stain from orange pop I forgot to tell them about. No problem they said. We scheduled a time for them to come. The night before, I called to let them know I had a conflict if they arrived at the end of their 2-hour window. So they made arrangements to come earlier in the day and again the gentleman arrived ahead of schedule. When they went to clean the basement carpet, they asked if I would like to have my stairs cleaned too. That was not in the original estimate, but YES, by all means! They added that free of charge. I really liked that they came to pick up the rug and returned it to the house. It made it so much easier for me. I like that they called to let me know they were on their way so I could expect them. I felt they went over and above in their customer service.
