They were neat and clean with the project . What was bad was that Mr. Shively showed up on a motorcycle ,dressed in a tank top and shorts for the estimate. No id showing on him and did not present id when I finally opened the door.He did not give me id until I asked. I just about did not open the door because there are so many weirdo's around and it's not safe. This is not a good business practice. The id should be shown to the prospective customer first thing while introducing themselves.Or have some type of company logo on clothing etc And he did not date the bill or the estimate, so unless you write a check you have no verification of when the job was done (I did not notice it until later);..

I called Ken and asked about his availability and of course after a large storm like this he was getting calls from all over and was having a trouble keeping up with calls. He did get back to me and came over as soon as he had a chance to survey our needs. He was able to get back to us in a reasoanble amount of time given the shear amount of work that needed to be done in the area. He brought a crew of 7 men to do the job and they completed it in one day. I was not home to witness the job, but my wife said that they worked hard all day only taking a breif break for lunch. I was completely amazed when I returned home from work in the evening and and saw the amount of work that had been completed in one day. We have found a good tree guy here and we will use him again.
