It went well. The provider showed up at the scheduled time, was professional, and provided the services that I had requested.

They were here when they said. But after they left, I found pieces of material from the ducts in my shower and toilet and on the floor. They cleaned the carpet quickly in the traffic areas, but they did not move any furniture and clean under them. They told us on the phone when they made the appointment for 9:00, that they had another job at 1:00 and it would take several hours to do ours. I felt like they hurried through ours. I asked for scotchguard and they said they applied it with the cleaning of the rug.

They came out late on that Monday and setup the drying equipment. Moved furniture around and were very courteous. Removed excess water from carpet in a timely manner. They checked on us the next day to see how the drying was going. Very nice representative. After the 3'd day, the carpet was dry and they returned to remove the drying equipment, re-stretch and clean the carpet. They did an outstanding job in a timely and courteous manner. I was very impressed with the representatives who did the work and the timely response by the company.

They were great; they did a very thorough job. I would definitely recommend them.

Josh came out and asked if he could look at what I needed cleaned. He let me know he could do tile floors also so I added those on to the carpet cleaning job. He then went over paperwork, and then told me he was going out to mix up the best formula to clean my flooring. He then just quietly went about cleaning carefully around furniture and took extra care with newly painted walls (without being asked to). Over the years that I have used Clean In A Wink I have always asked for Ryan, and because the company's turn over is apparently so low, he was always there. But, because he was great also, he has been promoted and working in another capacity. I had forgotten to ask for him this time, and Josh stepped in and did an exemplary job even getting out a carpet stain that I had given up on.

They did a great job. They were very respectful and prompt.

We found out we flooded at midnight on Christmas Eve. The insurance company called them and they were at our house within an hour and a half. They spent most of the night turning up floor boards and trying to mitigate the damage. They put in fans and everything. Then we had they come back and clean the ductwork after we finished the construction to get all the mold out. They were awesome. I will use them again in the future.
