We are a cleaning and restoration firm that is open to serve you 24 hr a day 365/6 days a year. We are a KDHE licensed firm. Our technicians are trained and certified by IICRC. We are the only Green Seal Certified company in the region. Whether it is your home or business we can take care of all your needs, from basic cleaning to extensive restoration of large commercial buildings. Ask us about free disaster restoration planning. We serve commercial and residential clients. Some of the services we provide for both residential and commercial cleaning services includes air-duct & dryer-vent cleaning; carpet, rug & upholstery cleaning, complete and customized custodial & contractual janitorial services, Green-Seal Certified green cleaning, various types of tile-floor stripping & refinishing (including ceramic-tile and grout cleaning & sealing services). Restoration related we provide full service fire, smoke & odor damage clean-up & restoration and if necessary, 24 hour emergency board-up services; flood & water damage cleanup & restoration and mold remediation & cleanup, drying services for contents & structural damage. Also provide new carpet pad replacement & reinstallation. Should you require after hours or on the week-ends or holidays emergency services, our phones are answered by a live dispatcher for immediate response.

Description of Work: They left the carpet very wet. Took 2 days for certain areas to dry. After a week or 2 the stains, some pet, came back. The carpet looked as bad 3 weeks after the cleaning as it did before.

They were definitely timely. The service people who came out were courteous. They did an excellent job. There was more stuff in there than I could have imagined, and they did a thorough job of cleaning it. I appreciated the promptness of their call. I checked with a couple other companies, and their prices were comparable.
