SALAZAR ROOFING & CONSTRUCTION

It was a terrible experience. In December 2006, Salazar Roofing completed replacing a roof on my house and my wife paid the company $5950 for the work. I was not home when the work was completed. When I returned home, I found the following problems. 1. The workers did not pick up after themselves. There were nails and roofing supplies in my yard. 2. An eyebrow eave was broken in the process of replacing my roof. 3. The workers tore away some stucco facing on my house. 4. Flashing was not installed anywhere. 5. There were shingles installed against the house that were buckling. 6. There were shingles that were installed against the house that were short. That is, they left a gap between the roof and the house and water now seeps down a rafter and through an electrical outlet when we have rain. 7. The workers did not cover the exposed nail heads on the new shingles. I have spoken with Salazar nine times and asked that these problems be fixed. They have not done so.
