It appears when this contractor sub's out portions of the project, the work that is preformed is of good quality, but when utilizing their own people, their expertise is lacking. The wallboard portion of our remodel was terrible.

The team doing the roof replacement did a fine job. The tear off could have been a little neater but with a little paint touch up will be okay. The delivery service providing the shingles did park on my driveway and seems to have cracked the concrete. Not happy about that.

Don't know. They came out I wrote them a starter check as required for 20 dollars and have not heard from them. the job is not done. I have not been contacted on when the work will be done. At the time the check was written I was told it would be done In a week. Right now I can't rate. waiting to see if I lost 20 dollars or not. Not happy now.

We changed our minds about roofing materials after discussions with S & A personnel. As a result, it took longer than expected to order and receive the selected shingles and to schedule installation. The roofing crew did an outstanding job and the finished project is beautiful down to the last detail.

they did a great job on the guttering it looks wonderful and there is no gap between the wall and guttering

Kyle Banick installed a large awning that was blown away by a huge wind storm. He did a superb job at what I believe a very reasonable price. I asked him to repair our shed and he promised to do the job whenever he is done with an ongoing project.

The cost for this project was so much less than I expected.This contractor was also very quickly done.This was the best experience I've ever had with any contractor.
