Really good. They are always professional when they come out. When we are not home they leave a detailed description of what they did on our door. They always send out the same two guys to do the work. So you develop a relationship with the person.

They turned up exactly on time found the leaks and fixed the issue in a timely manner. The sprinklers now reach all the areas that were,drying out. I am extremely pleased wither the service and I will be using them in the future. Great job Chris and Anthony!!

Not only is our system started properly, I learn something about proper irrigation technique every time the technician 75comes.

When I originally called Ryan to schedule a repair, I explained my problem in great detail, and told them exactly what I had done for troubleshooting and what I thought the problem might be. I was not home when the technician arrived, so my wife met with the technician. He told her that the "box" needed to be replaced. He quoted us a price of $425. Based upon my conversation with the dispatcher, I assumed that he was replacing The hardware that I had been discussing when I made my original call. So, I agreed to the price, but when I got home I discovered that he had replaced the control box. I called the technician, and asked him if the dispatcher had relayed any of the information that I had given to him when I set up the appointment. He told me that, "no", he had not been told anything by the dispatcher. In my original conversation with the dispatcher, he had promised me that he would relay the information I had given him to the technician. I felt like the price of $425 seemed excessive, so I began to do some research, and I called several other competitors. First, I discovered that I could purchase the unit they installed for around $100 retail, and that all of the other competitors that quoted be the same job were at least $100 less. I did not tell them that I had already purchased the unit, I simply got the price that they charge for that same exact service. Believing that I had been taken advantage of, I told the company that I would pay the bill, if they would itemize the parts and the labor. It literally took three months and at least a half a dozen phone calls, to get a bill from them that was itemized. Even then, all they did was send me an email that itemized the pricing of the labor and material. I have no problem with the work that was performed, but I do have a problem with the fact that they made promises to me that they had no intention of keeping, Such as relaying my information to the installer, and supplying me with an itemized bill. The technician who came out brought an Nother guy with him who was in his own truck, and they told us that he had nothing to do, so he just "came along". I believed then, and I still believe that we were billed for the labor for two technicians. No other company was anywhere close to the price that they charged us! At the end of the day, I felt like we had been screwed. The office did offer us a $50 discount before it was all said and done, which of course we excepted, but after three months and at least six phone conversations, it was too little, too late. I would definitely make sure to get another bed before you use these people, because they clearly will take advantage of you if they can. Be very careful if you are dealing with them, and do your homework, because they will overcharge you.

We have used Ryan Lawn and Tree Service annually for at least 7 years. They have removed dead trees on our country home property. Can't say enough good things about their work and their crews. Very professional. On time. Pleasant. Fair estimates. Always leave the area clean.

We moved into a house that had a yard that wasn't in the best shape. Ryan Lawn & Tree came out and provided a quote for getting it back into shape. He was very friendly, professional & responsive, but we opted not to move forward with them due to the high costs. They were also the only company that recommended we do a kill out for the entire lawn (cost: $480) and start from scratch. The cost for their premium lawn care program was $91.95 each visit (6 visits throughout the year), which is about double what I pay now. Cost for overseeding was $1200, which is $400-600 higher than I was quoted with other companies. I would not completely discredit them or swear them off in the future, I just found cheaper companies to work with.

Good job. I like that I can pick and choose what services I want from their lawn care menu rather than being forced to accept an all or nothing service. Also like that I can email one of the staff with my questions and get answers, more promptly than via telephone.

They responded quickly and they were very professional when they were on the ground. They appear to do a good job because we had a good outcome form their work.

They cut down the the tree and cut all the branches 2" an bigger into two foot long pieces. They put all the cut pieces where I told them. Then they cleaned up all the small pieces and ground the stump down then left. they did everything that they said they would.

I loves these guys. They show up they do the job right and they clean up after themselves!

Last week, I signed up for maintenance program on my shrubs in yard of my garden and shrubs. I got a lot more than I was expecting. I expected the job trim the shrubs. They are also got to clean up a lot of other step and it was less than I had. I was very pleased with that. They have not done anything yet. So, I cannot tell you the quality of work but I was very pleased with the post I got for it. I could go $200 for treatment and it was under that. They were professional, know what they are doing, he comes out and very polite and informative, they are a little slow on their response time to phone calls. I have used them twice to trim that country. This shrub was suddenly had that lay for all disappearing, so I had them sprayed, and mainly they have done this country but I end looking forward to cutting out in doing this shrubs.

I pay in the spring for the year. They seem to know what the are doing, they are clean and their trucks are always clean. They do the yard the way that I want it. They kill the weeds and fertilize the grass. They have been very helpful, friendly, and answer my questions.

Generally they are doing a good job. I've had two visits for lawn service and two different lawn technicians. I was hoping for one technician throughout the process but I understand that is not always possible. The sprinkler system startup was a little bumpy, advice there is to clearly communicate to understand any charges for additional work. I had a broken sprinkler head which I was okay with changing myself (it's easy enough to do) but it was automatically changed and I was charged accordingly, including labor. I discussed with the technician and they were willing to drop the additional charges which I didn't think was necessary (and I refused), but next time I will be sure to communicate better up front.

Went very well, very timely, removed more brush and leaves than asked for. Overall, a good value!!

Ryan's did a great job on our lawn and trees. They were able to revive a blue spruce and also recommended some pruning that saved our Bradford pear prior to last years last snow storm. Our lawn also looks amazing. We have already renewed for another year.

The crew showed up on time with all the right equipment, went to work immediately and did an excellent job. They were very careful about safety and avoiding any damage to other trees, shrubs or cars. All of the crew members worked smoothly as a team and were friendly, courteous and professional throughout. Although the service seemed somewhat pricey, I was very pleased with the result and would hire them again.

The only reason I gave them a B on responsiveness was because they got swamped with work after the big storm and it took awhile to get to us. The work that they did was very good. I will use them again anytime.

THEY WERE AWESOME. The young man that gave me the estimate was very polite and informed. I had to cancel 2 appts due to other issues (storm damage) they were very polite about this. When I finally called to set a date to have the work done, I was rescheduled in less than a week. They sent 2 men out, when I went out to talk with them about my concerns, they listened to everything I said and explained how they would handle my concerns. They were FAST. They cleaned up after themselves. They were VERY NICE people. I WILL use these folks again.

They arrived late during their scheduled appointment time when they came to winterize the sprinklers last Fall. In addition to that, the gentleman had parked his truck on a sprinkler head that was next to the driveway. As he was blowing out the sprinkler heads he discovered that he had parked on top of one along side of the driveway. When he removed the truck the sprinkler head was busted. He did not have any extras with him and stated that it would be replaced next spring when we have the sprinklers started. Come April we called to make an appointment for someone to come out and turn on sprinklers and replace the broken sprinkler head. I had specifically requested a Saturday appointment due to work conflict. We had to wait 3 weeks before they could come out on a Saturday. The lady making the appointment had scheduled the appointment for 1pm on Saturday. Come that Saturday, I ran some early morning errands and rushed home to meet the guys to start the sprinklers. I was very disappointed to find a note that they had arrived at 11:45 and that I would have to reschedule. I contacted Ryan Lawn service the following Monday asking why they would arrive early without calling first. She stated that they only work till noon on Saturdays. When I asked why I would have a 1pm appointment if they only work till noon, she replied that I was misinformed by a employee that is no longer with the company. When I asked to reschedule for another appointment I was told it was going to be another 4 weeks. I asked if I could at least get the broken sprinkler head fixed before then and she replied that is included in the $150 fee of starting the sprinklers and adjusting the sprinkler heads. Why should I have to pay for something they broke? I will not do business with this company! They do not arrive when they say they will and they will not replace what they broke. I will find a more reliable company!

They were courteous and prompt. They did lawn treatments and we had great results. If there were problems with the lawn they would take the time to make you aware of the situation. They were reasonably priced and cost effective.

Responded promptly to call for estimate. Still early but so far so good.

We decided not to go with them only because their quote was a little higher than the company we went with but not by much. The deciding factor was that we had worked with the winning firm before. Joss from Ryan's was very friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. We are thinking of using him for a project later this summer.

They gave us an estimate, in writing. Showed up on time and completed the job. The wood trimmings were hauled away. They arrived with a crew of 5 guys and equipment. Some of our trees are tall and they cleaned out the high tops! Amazing to watch. Very courtesy and overall wonderful to work with.

They arrived on time and ready to work. They finished the job in very good order and cleaned up all the trimmings with their chipper. They did not have their stump grinder with them at that time so were unable to remove the tree stump. However, they returned at a later time and ground the stump. They had no problem with the additional work requested and did a great job.

Things went very well and the estimate was in line or better than the other estimates we received. Ryan Lawn and Tree Service schedule is a little bit longer than some of the others, meaning the time from the estimate to the actual work completion. They were a day late compared to when they said they were originally going to perform the service, but it was really not a big deal to us because we didn't need to be there. They performed the service as specified and did not a great, not excellent, but a good job of cleaning up after themselves. I have already scheduled them for future services.
