Excellent company!

I have them come before the spring and fall to check my A/C to get it ready and then check my heating for the winter. I have a dehumidifier on my furnace and it also runs with my A/C. When we needed a new heating unit in our house they were the ones who put it in. They were the ones that discovered that the old one had holes in it and they also showed it to me. They said there could be carbon monoxide coming into the house because of the old unit. They did not charge me a lot to install the new one. They value your time and they let you know when they are coming out ahead of time. Even though you've got your appointment scheduled they will call and let you know. Since they had to get under my basement to do this they put things over their feet so that they were not tracking my carpet into my house. I took those guys so many trips outside to check it and all the times they've taken their shoes off and put it back on. They are awesome. We've been in this house for almost twelve years and we've been using them since then. I'm sure there are cheaper ones out there. They are a little more expensive than some of the others but you get what you pay for. I have recommended him to other people. When my niece moved into her house she had the unit checked and I also send him to my son's house once or twice a year.

The repair guy came out and fixed the old ac but it wasn't up to the job and it blew out. The company sent out an electrician and also a salesman after reporting to me what was needed. The salesman did all the calling and pricing for my requirements needed for a manufactured home which has special needs. Called with the pricing and then after I had made a verbal agreement then signed contracts. Roth sent out two people and they got the unit up and working with in a day. I'm very happy and satisfied with the work and the quality. I felt more safe and secure with the work they did than any other experiences I had prior to them. I would recommend them to any one that was in need of their services. Thank you Roth. I am very happy and please all around.

They charged me $167 to put freon in my air conditioning unit. They were prompt but they didn't fix the problem. I think if they had looked further they would have realized that it was something other than that. I might have needed freon but there were other issues. They were competent and professional on the phone but he did the bare minimum. He was only here for 1 1/2 hours. I got another company that was here for 1 1/2 hours and only charged $72.

Responded quickly to repair a gas leak at our furnace. Found and repaired two leaks. Then cleaned entire burner which was in very bad need of cleaniing. Checked operation of unit and recommended future maintence schedule. Had to come out a second time when we smelled gas again. Found bad pilot gas valve and replaced it. Did not charge an addtional service call or for diagnosis of problem only continued charges at standard rate for time spent replacing the part. Both times very professional repairmen who worked diligently to satisfy us. Would use their services in the future

They came out very quickly after a call. They were really professional and their prices were reasonable. They did good service. I did not have any problems and they fixed whatever they needed to fix. I spent under $200 on that work.

Mike Mitchell of Roth arrange to meet with us at a time that was convenient to our schedules. He had closely looked over our very old system, the ducts and vents to each room and measured our home to determine the size needed for a new unit. He presented the proposal very thoroughly and explained that our home did not require the size of furnace that had been there for 35 years, and our efficiency would go up dramatically. They were able to install it the next week before the end of the year so we could get the tax credit which was based more on the high effeciency of the central air unit. The installers had the new furnace running in one day, so we never were in the cold. Lorenzo and his assistant were very tidy and courteous, and explained the new system before leaving. We were impressed by the timing, professionalism and that, having got some competitive quotes and research, we were sold quality units that was the appropriate for the size of our home; not more, not less. Mike followed up with us after the installation to be sure we were satisfied. We are.
