To give you an example of them going above and beyond customer satisfaction we experienced nail pops to a number of interior walls when our old siding was being removed. We showed Honey Do the nail pops and they painted each wall and fixed the nail pops that had issues due to the siding being taken off at no additional cost to us. I suspect than many contractors doing siding would not have taken responsibility and would say it goes with the job and the homeowner would be responsible in fixing the issue. Honey Do did not think twice, they said it was their issue and they would fix it. Because we've had such bad luck in the past with contractors and we were spending so much money we wanted to make sure we were making the right decision and were going to be happy with our completed job. my wife and I went to Honey Do Homes to tour their shop to see the process they have for preparing and staining windows prior to installation. I can honestly say we are 100% satisfied with how our project turned out and how the entire process went. This is the first project I can say that about. Will and his crew did a great job of setting expectations prior to the job starting, keeping on schedule, keeping us informed along the way, and cleaning up. The entire crew was great and very hard working, my wife always felt comfortable at home with all the workers throughout this project. They protected the carpet and went above and beyond what we expected to make sure the job was done and we were happy when they were done. We have given Honey Do's name to neighbors and even a couple who brought back our dog when she got loose (not Honey's Do's fault, she just likes to go explore from time to time). We will continue to give their name out. You can not go wrong if you have Honey Do. I mentioned earlier that our bid from Honey do Homes was one of the more expensive bids we received. For the first time I can say that we got more than we paid for and am glad we spent a little extra to make sure we would be happy with our home. I'm confident that if we had gone with any of the other contractors we were looking at we would not have been as happy. I will be using Honey Do Home for several more projects and will not waste my time looking for another contractor.

I contacted Honey Do Homes LLC to take a look at my windows containing rotting window frames. Will Engel came to my home, discussed the options he could provide to solve my window problem and provided me quotes on replacing the windows that were critical, as well as a separate quote on replacing all of the windows. After I told Mr. Engel that I wanted all of the windows replaced, he took measurements of all of the windows. He then sent a member of his crew to my home to make a second measurement to be certain the measurements were correnct and to obtain a sample of the finish of the trim around the windows. The windows and trim were all prepared and on instillation day, the crew placed covering over my carpet, removed the old windows and set the new windows in place. I was amazed at how quickly work was completed. The crew cleaned all of the areas where they worked and I love the new windows.

It was a negative experience with Honey Do Homes. I had to submit paperwork and complaints to the Better Business Bureau. The company says one thing and does something different. Their prices were higher and labor was of lower quality. It turns out that the paint is chipping and we have had it redone and they did not treat the windows properly. I will not be using them again in the future.

After contracting with Pella for the patio doors we wanted, Honey Do reps visited our home, measured all spaces, and took exisiting samples to match trim colors. When the new doors arrived from Pella, Honey Do contacted us to arrange installation. They later called and asked if they could come a day early as fair weather had enabled them to finish another job early. They arrived as scheduled and promptly went to work as a team. By the end of the first day, they had completed the basic replacement task and spent the remaining time doing precision fitting of the trim and hardware. The resulting job looks original to the property and is a great enhancement. While they were here, we decided to remove a freestanding fireplace and flue from the room where they were working and replace the flue with a solar tube. They cheerfully added the removal of the fireplace and flue and installation of the solar tube at a very reasonable price. It too looks great and transforms the room's ambience.

The 1st crew that came out was a disaster,and we asked them to leave. We had several calls and visits with the owner of the co. He was very willing to make things right. The 2nd crew did a very good job on installation and finishing, including interior trim. It was a perfect finish. I will use this co. again.

We had a good luck with Honey Do Homes LLC Company. The install turned out to be fine. I had heard some bad things about them recently but at the time, they did good work for us. They were professional. I’m not sure if I would use them again after what I heard about them recently.

great crew of installers. worked fast , installed my slider door and did a good job. however my alarm was not reconnected, as I was told we now need to contact our security company to reattach wires for door bell ding that occurs when door opens.

They did a very good job on installation and finishing, including interior trim. The work area was cleaned upon completion. I would use this company again.

One of the windows was actually put in crooked! The caulking looked like my 13 year old son did it. They promised to replace interior trim that was obviously water stained and warped but instead they tried to restain the old, I guess they thought I wouldn't notice, I had to make them redo it. They promised everything on the outside would be non-wood materials, it wasn't and the wood that they did put on had only one coat of paint on it, you could see the wood through the paint, I had to make them redo it. Incompetent! Do not let them do anything important for you.
