+ -1 moreWe were living out of state and they went the extra step to make sure we could sell the property. They worked with another company, Waite Real Estate Professionals and they did an excellent job working together. Derek Waite was the person with Waite Real Estate Professionals. They even met with some of the contractors so we did not have to drive from Texas to Kansas to take care of business. This saved us from a lot of driving and saved our time. They were very honest. They did exactly what they said they would do and very trustworthy. I would only recommend them.

+ -1 moreHe always went the extra step to see things were done. Since we were out of state, he went to the farm and did some of the work to get the sale ready. He was very supportive through the whole process of getting ready for the auction. He got farm equipment ready for the sale without us having to be there. He saved us trips from Texas to Kansas. He was extremely knowledgeable with how we should sell certain items. His crew on auction day was very support, personable, and pleasant. We would highly recommend him for anyone who wanted to have an auction or estate sale.
