Richard was responsive, knowledgeable, and hardworking. Despite the hot weather (and it was over 100°F in the garage!), he persevered and did a great job. Very pleased with the entire process.

He also went above and beyond my expectations by doing a few minor repairs to my garage door that he had noticed while completing my job and did not charge any extra. Excellent service. I would do business with Mr. Ellis any day. He originally came out to install doors I had ordered from Menards but they turned out to be the wrong size. Instead, he sold me the correct size for less than what Menards would have sold them to me for and they look perfect! Thank you very much!
