I was very impressed with the entire company. professional service from the rep to the installer/worker.

They came out and did exactly what they were supposed to do and to my acknowledge, did a good job.

Viewed problem, provided estimate and performed work in a professional manner.

Came promptly to measure for estimate; however I had to call to get estimate sent. found measurement error in estimate, they corrected it and resultant price was severed one hundred less.

A professional showed up on time. He inspected the area and then proceeded to repair it. It took no time at all.

The work was well done and when they said they'd be here.

The service provider came and looked around, they said they will come back to fix what they saw needed fix but they never showed up. I finally got a call a few days ago and they said they can't fix my roof because it's too stiff.

Asked for bid but canceled request.

Showed up on time and did the job. Would have like pictures, but I trust him.

Rodney was on time. Did a good job. He was very friendly and efficient. Only found 1 large nail in the yard.

We communicated mostly by email. They did the work on the week I needed and gave me a detailed bill.

These guys did a great job in every phase of the work. They were pleasant, professional, punctual and cleaned up everything. We choose this company from Angie;s List and are very happy with results.

This company was amazing! The entire project was coordinated by John Ludwig and was completed in less than 2 weeks. In fact, the majority of the work was done in 3 days, with a crew of 7 working nearly 12 hours a day. John coordinated with our insurance company as well as our mortgage company so there was no effort on our part at all. He checked in with us personally every day to make sure the work was being done to our satisfaction and even suggested adding attic fans while they were working on the roof, which was an added plus and at no extra cost to us. Can't recommend this company highly enough! We were very impressed with the entire process, professionalism, quality of work and the overall friendliness of everyone who came to work on the house!

They had good communication and they were really neat. They cleaned up the yard really well.

It went very well. John was great to work with. He got me an estimate quickly and worked directly with my insurance company. I am very satisfied!

John did the estimate, showing up even a few minutes early and emailed the estimate the same day. Sent the gutter contractor out immediately to take measurements once I gave the go ahead. They too showed up even a few minutes early, finished early and cleaned up. Easiest experience having any work done on my house. Did a great job.

.They were timely and very professional. One thing I really appreciated was that our contact, Drew Murray, contacted our insurance company and got our payment in a timely fashion. They left the area clean and we were more than pleased with this contractor.

From start to finish we had a great salesman. The guys that did the work were nice, fast, clean and did everything they said they would do within the price they quoted. Love Rhoden!

He check for a leak but found that the problem was from an earlier chimney issue that had recently been repaired. No other service needed.

Bought deal. Sent note to initiate service. Provider came out promptly. Promised to send quote for service. No quote ever provided or call back received.

John Ludlow was on time. In fact he was early. He introduced himself. Since then there had been a storm and I have a profuse leak in my study. I called them as they stated to call if there were any concerns; they said it will be a couple of days until someone can get back with me, that some technicians are on vacation and they are too busy to get with me right away. There is more rain in the forcast and I need someone out sooner than a couple of days. I would expect someone from Angie's list to be better rated than a "C".

Their cost estimate included unnecessary items and was FAR too high. Will not use nor recommend.
