Rhoden Roofing replaced our roof in the time frame agreed to very professional and helpful.

Requested estimate, estimate provided & approved, work date provided, arrived to work on date provided, accomplished work, notified when starting and notified when completed.

Went very smoothly & job was performed in a morning, left yard tidy and gutters & guards work excellent.

They were overall very good. Kept me informed on the skylights. Very professional.

Everything went well. They did the job on a Saturday, just in time to beat another heavy rain. I will definitely contact them when I need to replace my roof.

it went very well. A few weather delays and scheduling issues with sub contractors. I had a couple issues that I brought to there attention, and each one was resolved to my satisfaction. They took care of it, I didn't have any push back at all from Rhoden.

Crew showed up as promised and job site was supervised as promised, good job of updating on progress clean up was great-workmanship great & quality product.

It went very well. The were very professional when I called in, were prompt in coming out and were here when they said would be. The roofing specialist clearly explained what was found and what it would take to fix the issue. It turned out to be a minor repair unrelated to the recent storm. They fixed the issue and inspected the entire roof as well.

I loved the design plan they came up with. They showed up early worked all day and cleaned up every night. It came out looking great. I hope they do kitchens cause that’s next.

John was personable, punctual and gave great advice. He did not try to sell something. I didn't need. Would definitely recommend.

Very quick response to initial phone call. Set up consultation and repair work immediately. Excellent customer service and quality repair.

A day after I called, someone came out an inspected my roof. The next day someone came out and sid they were there to fix the damaged area. It was a matter of some shingles pulling away from an area where water should have flowed away. They caulked the damaged area and so far, there are no more signs of a leak. Great job, puncuality, price and communication.

Our estimator was on time and walked us through process. His roofer was timely and repaired what they had repaired job was completed as promised for price quoted.

No further contact has been made for Rhoden to this homeowner. I called their office on a couple of occasions and was not able to get a return call from the gentleman who did the inspection. As a minimum I regard this a a very rude way to treat a potential customer and a very poor business example. Based on the number of positive reviews on Angie's List, they must have done acceptable work for somebody, however, I would not recommend their service to anyone.

From the day I called for an estimate, follow-up was quick and professional. The work began exactly when scheduled and was completed the same day. After the cutting, the finishing details were completed well so the final result is functional but unobtrusive.

Great customer service from beginning to end. Scheduled an appointment for estimate and Brett Worrell showed up right on time and completed the estimate. The work was scheduled promptly after acceptance of the estimate and Brett kept me well informed all the way to the day the workers showed up. The crew did an outstanding job and completed the entire roof in a very timely manner. The clean-up also deserves mentioning, had I not lived there I would never had known that the roof work had been performed. Not one nail or shingle piece remained on the property, I was highly impressed with their clean-up! Overall I am thoroughly satisfied with the job Rhoden Roofing completed. While I hope to not have to replace another roof, if Mother Nature has other plans and makes a necessity, I have no doubt that Rhoden Roofing will be my first choice among roofing companies to call on. The actual laborers did a fantastic job. They were extremely hardworking and courteous. I was disappointed with the integrity of the management. Our representative was less than truthful. I believe if you say something you should mean it.
