Re-Bath LLC

It took 5 days to complete the work. The men were punctual and they removed the tub and sink from the guest bathroom and replaced with a one-piece sink and a walk-in shower. It is beautiful and we love it. the shower has a hand-held unit and a rain shower head. Oiled bronze Delta fixtures. Is a wonderful shower. The master bedroom bath was totally re-done. New floor, new sinks (two-tone), new toilet (flat sides) and wonderful 5 foot shower with a full seat. The fixtures are oiled bronze Delta fixtures, with a hand held unit and a rain shower head. It is a beautiful bathroom done in brown and taupe and the shower is truly an outstanding shower. We are very pleased.

Over 8 weeks after meeting with a sales representative for re-bath named Tim, picking out all of the colors for the floor that was to be replaced in one of our bathrooms along with the tub and surround, and the tub and surround alone in our other bathroom, the installation crew showed up. My fiance described what was to be done in the one bathroom(for my four year old son) which was going to be the larger project of the two, and in our bathroom which was to be just the tub replacement and surround, we thought we were ready to roll. About 5min after my fiance spoke to the worker in charge of the installation, we got a call from Tim, the Representative who had visited our house and with whom we had made clear what we wanted for what we were paying(we picked out colors ect. with this guy, including the flooring)only for him to then tell us that we had only agreed on replacing the two tubs and surrounds but NO flooring in our one bathroom. At that point my fiance told him that we would not be using their company after all because there was no way this was an accidental misunderstanding and to return our 4000.00 down payment. Needless to say my fiance was pretty angry when Tim tried to pull the "you signed a contract" card . At that point my fiance told him that it would be dealt with in court if he did not get his check back, and later tried to reason with the installation manager to whom he then pointed out the illegal predating of the contract by their representative to no avail. The next step was going to be the attorney generals office which we notified and within a few weeks, walla, we got our check back. I would not recommend this company to anyone, as it is more than apparent that they are less than professional and sleazy with their business practices

They did everything as promised. They were prompt. I thought they did a good job and they were professional. I was a little surprised because they did have a lot of negative feedback online. I understand the franchise has been under different management for the past couple of years. You can't always believe everything you read online. Once they came out, everything was fine. I did like them.

When Jeff came for the estimate we mentioned we had another estimate. He then spent 10 minutes telling us about the flaws in the other company's product. When I asked for him to tell us about his product he said that he was showing us his product. When I asked again for him to explain his product he became angry and said we didn't want an estimate and packed up and left. He was very rude and left no oppportunity for us to communicate with him.

It was not a good experience. The workmanship was horrible. My carpet was cut too wide for the shower base, the framework to the shower was scratched in several places by the workers and the shower walls are not level. The general manager is not honorable. He will blatantly lie to you. I don't think anyone else should have to experience what I did. They are not willing to fix any of their damage. They took us to small claims court and he lied in front of the judge. He said whatever he had to say to get the judge to rule in his favor, so we had to pay for the job and now I'm stuck having to pay another service provider to fix what he messed up.
