We called Rays as they were who the builder used on our new home. They showed up on time and got right to work. The female on the crew was very nice and helpful. We hired them to install electrical in our new kitchen and laundry room, plus a hot tub plugin. All seemed great, but customer service/satisfaction is nonexistent. They placed the hot tub plugin on the wrong wall and refused to come back out, $700 for a plug-in that sits in front of a clean out at least 8 feet away from where we wanted it. The owner Jeff was very rude and even hung up on me. I am not sure why they wouldn’t want to correct the mistake. I reported this business to the Better Business Bureau, but no response. Now we found a return HVAC pipe ripped in half by the new wires they installed and just hoping nothing else is damaged. I just want them to come out and make this right... what happened to honest companies? I highly recommend using another company

FORGET THE GUYS AT THE TOP OF THE LIST. THIS IS THE COMPANY YOU WANT FOR ANY ELECTRIC WORK! We purchased a house that had been disconnected from power for some time. The Electric company even had a order to not reconnect until inspected by the city. One call to Rays Electric had the permits pulled and the work done to get the power back on. Upon inspection by the city the house needed a smoke detector installed to have the power turned back on. Ray's electric talked to him to let the inspector know it would be done and we got the power turned on immediately. Rays Electric knew what needed to be done and just got the job done instead of racking up a large bill. Estimates from electricians on the top of Angies list were outrageous and all had complicated outcomes since the city inspector was involved. Overall I cant say enough positive things about the excellent service and work provided. I would hire them for anything I needed done knowing that I will get a more then fare price for the work! Great Job!
Description of Work: Fixed the meter box and resolved all issues with the city inspector including arranging the meetings and permits.

It was an excellent experience. The work was complete, on time, and accurate to the quoted price. They were good. They weren't my lowest bid.
Description of Work: They installed canned lighting in my basement. They installed a ceiling fan, as well.
