I'm very pleased with Rain Link. The day of installation I had a question as to which water meter belonged to my property and they informed me which one was mine and since they hook up directly to the main line, they don't have to drill through the basement foundation to get to a water source inside the house (which could possibly result in a water leak in the future). They notified the water department of the new backflow devise which is required. The installation took 1 day. In the past I've hired people to do work on my house and even after I investigated their work and background, the workmanship turned out lousy. With Rain Link they were professional and knew what they were doing and had been doing it for years. I was surprised with the cost because it wasn't as expensive as I thought it would be. I've still got the backyard to do in the future so when we did the front installation we kept that in mind so that we just add to what is already there. The next day the landscapers were to come out to install my new yard and planting beds but the weather turned really cold and the owner from Rain Link came out at the end of day to inspect the installation and recommended we turn off the water. I couldn't reach my landscaper at that time so we bundled up the backflow devise so it wouldn't freeze and waited till the next day to decide. The next day unfortunately the weather turned cold earlier than we expected so the landscaper decided to wait until Spring to install my new yard and plants. The owner of Rain Link came out almost immediately and turned off my water and told me that since I didn't have use of my new sprinkler system, the 1 year warranty would start in the Spring when they turn the water on. I highly recommend this company.
