R & M Flooring

We have a large basement full of carpet. Having had water problems a couple of times the carpet had been pulled back and dried out but not reattached properly as we thought it would happen again. After a long time of wait-and-see with nothing happening Rand M Carpet came out to restretch it and did a wonderful job. He called to see if he could come out earlier than planned and I was thrilled to get it done earlier. We had agreed upon the price when he did his first job at our home. Very reasonable. He and his helper moved the furniture as needed.

He did a wonderful job! We closed on the house late Friday night and wanted to have him come and stretch the carpets before we got the furniture in. He showed up early on Saturday to take care of us. Went above and beyond. We found a couple of surprises i.e. previous owner's dogs used the basement corner as a bathroom and let me run to Dillons to get A LOT of baking soda so we could cover the foundation and pad. While I was gone he went around the house finding all kinds of little things to fix. Many of them I would never have noticed. We are most likely going to replace all the carpet in the house in the next year and he will be my first call.

I called several independent carpet installers and R and M was the only one of two that bothered to return my call. They were very prompt with the original estimate and did a great job on the entire project!

R and M Flooring had to reschedule with me however that was a minor set back because they did an amazing job. They work quickly and the price was right. I was so pleased with their work that I am getting ready to call them to help with stretching my carpet in our new home.

They were very prompt and did very good work. They were professional and they also helped me get a bad carpet job replaced with their knowledge and expertise. I will use them again in the future.
