They scratched up our ceiling with their hoses and things because they were in such a rush to get the job done. The owner responded 2 days later to the incident. It was hard to tell how the work turned out. I think they probably did a good job, they just were very destructive doing it.

I have had Quality Cleaning Solutions clean and tint my windows several times in the past two years. Each time they have been punctual, professional, and done a great job. They work as a team so the work is done quickly and with another person offering quality control. In the house they make sure to wear booties to eliminate any tracking. The best exerience I want to report on was the work I had them do on tinting the south facing windows. They came out and measured the two half moon windows, adviced me on the various tints, and then allowed me to make the final selection. After ordering the tint, they came out to install with a team of two. After the work was complete, Brett let me know I may see some bubbles or uneven look to the windows for the next 30 days.....while the tint was sealing to the windows. After a few days I noticed a small line (or I though wrinkle in the tinting material) at the bottom right hand corner. As the days progressed, the line grew until it went completely across the window. At that time I called Brett and he came out and inspected. The window was actually cracked! Brett thoroughly explained to me that this happens occasionally when there is a small chip or defect in the glass (easy to happen on a curved glass like the half moon windows), and the heat produced between the glass and the tint during the sealing process. He was also quick to let me know there would be not additional cost to me and he would pay to have the glass replaced and have the new window retinted. He honored that promise and paid to have the glass replaced and came back out to retint the new windows. Quality Cleaning Solutions has my business going forward with their courteous, professional and quality. Backing up their work, even if it was not their fault the glass broke, indicates to me they have the integrity and business skills I want to patronize.
