PPJ Construction

This was done a year ago, so it's a little late. The original entry steps on our home were very poorly done. There was a sand base to them which clearly caused significant sinking. Jose was very professional. He was very quick to suggest a gravel and rebar base, which makes perfect sense to me. They were very quick to respond to my request, and did a very good job.

Unlike the sinking sand base that existed, these guys put in a solid gravel and rebar foundation. They were very efficient and did not waste time. This was a very good job overall, and I would probably used PP&J again. Could have cleaned a little better, but with concrete, I understand it's difficult to get every stray drop.

PPJ came out to my Home around mid April 2011, Mr Solis I believe and he was professional and pricing was resonable. He give me and estimate of $1150 for a have circle and to repair a spot on our Patio. I asked him to send us his estimate via e-mail, he said he would. After a few days had passed and I had not received the est. I call him again and asked when would/should I expect to see it, he said this evening. Evening came and went still no estimate and I called back and left a voice message asking him to call me when he had time. I never heard from him again. IN MY OPINION IT IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL FOR ANYONE WITHOUT GOOD REASON TO FIRST NOT DO WHAT HE OR SHE SAID THEY WOULD I.E SEND E-MAIL ESTIMATE, SECONDLY, TO EGNORE CUSTOMERS REQUEST FOR A RETURN PHONE CALL, IN MY OPINION IS VERY UNPROFESSIONAL AND FOR THESE REASONS I WOULD NOT USE PPJ CONSTRUCTION.

Overall, the job went very well. They were professional and responsive. They did a very good job and the price was very good too.
