Quality of workmanship was very good. Likable men. Showed up when expected. Good value of price and workmanship. Organization not so much. Left a couple of times a day to get needed materials and tools. Two men were fussy with each other.

Asked the provider before purchasing the deal if he was willing to travel to my home about 20 minutes outside Wichita. He said he would but would not be able to complete all the task I wanted done. I purchased another deal for the flooring install, and then purchased this deal thinking 4 hours would be plenty time to replace a light and a single plank on a door frame. WE had several emails back and forth but the provider was resistant to even looking at the property. I would only be in town a couple days, so I contacted him several weeks in advance. The last communication I had from him was the beginning of October saying he would try to look at the job I need but I never heard back until I asked for a refund.

I wasnt able to use the deal because I was out of the service area. The provider kept in contact with me and wrote and explained the situation.

P. J. Hanna is an individual with no employees. He did communicate with me on a regular basis but because of the special deal going of 60% off 8 hours of service, he is so busy that he can not do the work for several weeks. We have a leaking window that needs repaired as soon as possible. I have requested a refund of the $199.00.

Handyman came out, informed me he was swamped and it was too much work. Getting a refund.

Was very happy that deck was repaired so nicely and it didn't cost much. He knew his carpentry work. Was very efficient with time.

Mr Hanna arrived as scheduled to give me a quote on removing a carport from in front of my house. He brought an associate with him. After both considered the matter, Mr Hanna said he would get back with me with the estimate. He also stated that he was very busy and it may take a week or so. Its been almost 2 months and I have yet to hear back from him. If he was not interested in taking on the project I feel he should have at least given me a courtesy call. I have since found another individual for my projects.I understand he is a one man crew but he should not offer to take on additional projects if he does not have time for them.

PJ called and came out to see what the work entailed. He was very nice and stated he was working on a project, so it would be a couple weeks, before he could do the work. In the mean time, my son was able to gift me with fixing my fence this past weekend, so I no longer need the service. I would hire PJ for other services, when the need arises. Please refund my $199.00.

Had a special on Angie's List and didn't specify a service range. I live in Andover vs his Wichita location and I've not had a service provider have an issue with this suburb. He was paid, didn't respond to messages in a timely fashion, finally said he wasn't interested, but didn't offer to refund my money. It took him 9 days to respond to my last message. I have now asked for a refund.
