Fantastic! Victor is Awesome - he's our "go-to" guy!

Victor Saitta, is an artisian painter and stainer who takes pride in his work. He takes the time to explain his process and is very knowledgeable with his craft. He is very through and charges a resonable and fair price for his work.

The paint job looks like a "DIY" vs a professional paint job - actually not quite as good. If done ourselves I'm quite sure we would not have drip lines and embedded brush bristles in the paint. The paint job also has not worn well - two years out and there are many chips and dings in the paint - it is so bad we are planning to sand and repaint the cabinets again ourselves. Victor will lead you to believe he performs superior work when actually he leaves most of the detail work to associates in training. He takes over your home and is quite arrogant about his work - he knows he charges more than competitors but arrogantly believes he delivers a better product.

Victor Saiita is an awesome painter. He knows how to paint on sheetrock, metals, and plastics. He is a perfectionist and a hardworking painter willing to paint extra jobs not in the bid. I have lived in my home for nearly 18 years. Last year Victor painted my basement walls, and this year he painted my upstairs walls.

Great! The papers were very high end and Victor knew exactly how to handle them. He is very professional and takes pride in his work.

Victor is the penultimate artist and professional, and SUPER bonus--within our price range. The contract included everything, including the paint. We met ahead of time and talked about colors based on what we desired for the "feel" of the room. He was very artistic in recommending colors that work together to produce that feel. He used a lighter color of gray on the inside of the bay window to make it "pop" from the accent wall in the kitchen. Both shades matched my backsplash. He sealed the fireplace and painted the red/white/textured fireplace brick beautifully (prob my favorite part of the transformation). He was consistent, on time. I liked that he did not do our work on the weekend or evenings, so our lives didn't feel as disrupted. He has a calm and peaceful way about him. We trusted him with our garage door opener to come and go during the day while we were at work. He was clean and neat, always leaving the workspace tidy each night. Looking forward to more opportunities to work with Victor. Most highly recommended. Also, he does all the work himself--no one else is in your house.

Shower is very unevenly sprayed. Came back a second time to even It out but did not dry evenly. Very rough and uneven in spots.

Victor went above and beyond helping me out. He's my go to guy! He's Fabulous!

Sloppy. Lots of runs on the walls and carpets. They are trustworthy people, and for that I'd use them again. They also ran over a couple of days from the original schedule.

The contractor and his crew arrived promptly each morning. They were very efficient, quick, and courteous. There was absolutely no hassle at all, and Victor made sure every step being taken was explained thoroughly. This project was completed ahead of time, and was exactly on the quoted price. There were absolutely no issues at all along the way. This project went so well that we're having even more work performed by them in the very near future.

This should have been a 2 week process and it turned into almost a year of back and forth. He was supposed to do cabinets and trim work throughout the house. The work was horrible. He said his work was guaranteed and then he claimed that he would not honor it. He damaged so much of our house that we had to end up making an insurance claim just to have someone else fix everything. He tore up our cabinets and granite counter tops, and LED lighting we had. There were drips all over our tile and flooring. There were layers and waves in all of his paint along with cracks and drips. He took all of the extra paint so we could not fix it and he never acknowledged that his work was bad. We had several other professionals come in and say that it was some of the worst work they have ever seen. We had to completely remodel after he had done his work due to him damaging our work.

Victor and his crew did an outstanding job. We were very impressed with Victor's artisan skills, professionalism, and integrity. Our family room and hallway definitely needed some TLC. We had tried to remove the wallpaper ourselves and ended up damaging some of the walls. In addition, a wall was very damaged due to removing a large mirror behind the wet bar and removing wall tiles that were installed when our house was built in 1992. When we showed the wall to Victor, he was confident that he could repair it. He explained a process that he would use to remove the wallpaper and embed the paper that couldn't be removed without damaging the walls. He kept us informed regarding his progress on the job. After completing the project, our family room and hallway are beautiful! The walls are smooth and look brand new. Victor and his crew painted everything perfectly! There is absolutely no paint on the woodwork or carpeting. After the job was completed, everything was cleaned up. We were also very impressed with Victor's integrity. Even though the job took longer than he had planned, he completed every detail to our satisfaction. I would highly recommend Painting by Victor to anyone seeking an outstanding painter and artisan. We plan to hire him in the future for additional projects.

Wonderfully!! Victor sat down with me to discuss my wants for the final look, the colors I wanted and after those decisions were made, he and his crew started on same. My husband was more than a little leery of what I wanted to do. He, also, is MOST PLEASED with the outcome.

We had an excellent experience with Victor. Everything was done he agreed to do and it was done impeccably. His color consultation was just what I needed to find the perfect colors for our home. He was open to questions throughout the process. He was especially attentive to details and worked until everything met his high standards. I do not hesitate to recommend his work.

I had attempted to remove the border myself and found it impossible to remove. Victor had a difficult time trying to remove it as well and ended up embedding the wallpaper border and sealing the areas. He spent a great deal of time and effort to get the walls so that there wasn't anyway to tell there was ever a border there. We are very pleased with the results. We have already told him we want to hire him for another job we need done.

He did a wonderful job and we will be contacting him again! He even worked Saturday and Sunday. The rooms and hallway are beautiful!! Thank you Victor!!

Victor was prompt to bid and is quick to correspond. I had cancel the deal through Angie's list due to time constraints around our remodel and our upcoming move.

He was always on time, dependable, and careful about his work. He has a level of craftsmanship and attention to detail, that I have been trying to find for a long time. He is also very knowledgeable about the products he uses, and is interested in doing QUALITY work. I look forward to using him again.

Victor and his team did a great job! They arrived on time, worked quietly, carefully and cleaned up before they left each day. Their work was meticulous and well done. I appreciated that Victor and Allison came by the week before painting began to help me select colors. It is never comfortable (at least not for me) to have someone in my home all day, but Victor, Allison and Molly were quiet, respectful and friendly. I liked that his team members are his EMPLOYEES, not a subcontractor or a friend of a friend of the person you hired. Another positive for me is that they are all non-smokers. I would hire them again and can happily recommend them.

Wonderfully done. Great attention to detail. Painted a couple of extra small areas not in the contract because they had time and paint. Very high quality work!

We were very pleased with all the work Victor did for us. He and his assistant were especially helpful when we were choosinng the colors for the rooms. They offered suggestions and spent considerable time going through the samples with us. They were very neat, very careful to protect all our furnishings and floors and cleaned up each evening before leaving. The painting itself was excellent. Victor is very meticulous and attends to detail. We were so pleased with the quality of his workmanship that he is going to paint two more rooms for us. We highly recommend him.

I have an 1932 home but Victor said that he didn't want the job due to lead paint and all of the OSHA/EPA requirements for doing the insurance work. That scared me. However, the roofer's (Herzberg) recommended John Goodwin, Affordable Painting. He repaired and painted everything without fuss. There was clearly no old lead paint involved, just water damage to existing water-based latex paint and ceiling material from prior owner's remodel. Any lead paint was long gone, but Victor did not even look at the job. Affordable painting picked up a $5,400 insurance job that took John and his helper less than 3 days.
