You can not trust him to use the material you contracted him to do. We told him what kind of shingles we wanted before we signed the contract and he took it on himself to put on the ones we told him we did not want. I wont do business with him again.

Chris was great to work with, we had him put our new roof on. We had to deal with 3 weeks of rain, covid shingle shortages and numerous other issues. Chris kept us in the loop and was great to work with. The product and workmanship was top notch at an affordable price. Our next bid came in twice as much for the exact same roof Oz Exteriors put on. The employee was kind, courteous, and thoughtful. He showed concern with how my guttering color should add an aesthetic look to our home as well as its ability to perform during the most adverse conditions.

They were very professional, kept me up to date about the progress and even fixed my gate.

Crew was on the job at 8am. Took the old roof off. Spread tarps from the roof to catch old shingles. Magnet to pick up nails in area.. They worked in the cold weather, They would work till dark. They had to miss a day because of an overnight snow, but they had put a tarp over the unsealed roof. They were back bright and early the next day to put on the rest of the roof and pick up the old shingles.

Chris was absolutely the best to deal with for home repairs. He was quick with a great turnaround time. His company was priced evenly with all other companies I looked at. If I wasn't moving out of state I would definitely be going with Chris for all my interior and exterior home repairs. All of his staff was extremely nice and did a great job with the repairs.
