Repair man was thorough and found additional issues needing corrected and completed all the work in less than 20 minutes. He made suggestions on how to improve the operation of the opener and was very professional.

Billy Knowles did a very thorough inspection and repair of our garage door opener. One of the springs had broken but we wanted both replaced to avoid further problems. He replaced the torsion springs, reset travel limits to operator, put a lag bolt into backhang on left side FILO where missing and lubed the door and then safety tested it. This is a different Overhead Door company than the one on East Kellogg in Wichita.

Went very well. The thing I most appreciated were the options they told me about on springs. I never knew there different spring options and warranty on the springs. They told me there is a 3 year, 5 year, and a lifetime spring. I’ve had my springs replaced before and the other companies just showed up, replaced and left. Also, they told me about the nylon rollers. My rollers were 20 years old so had them replace the rollers. Wow, unbelievably quiet now. I enjoyed the guys who did the work. They placed a sticker by my opener and will definitely call them again when needed. Great experience.

Craig came out right away and got it fixed up very nicely.. very pleased.

They showed up within the scheduled time window and removed the Overhead Door Company opener and installed a Lift Master opener. The new Lift Master opener works very good. And it is as quiet as the other opener. All of the controls work very good. And the motion sensor to turn on the light when you walk in the garage works very good as compared to the other opener that didn't work well. All of this was free of charge due to all of the previous problems on the previous opener. I am pleased.

They replaced it and then we found out that it did not have a motion detector to turn on light, so we had them upgrade to add that feature for more money. Then we started having a string of problems. The new opener's motion detector will not turn on the light sometimes at all until you are standing directly underneath it. They said that that's the way it was. Also you cannot open the door as you are approaching the house unless you hold down the remote switch for about a full second then it works. They discovered that the antenna was not hanging out of the opener and corrected that, but it still works the same. I am very reluctant to ever use them again.

Very courteous on the phone and the technician was very friendly and professional. The door now works better than ever before. The price seems very fair. I would recommend again. Thank you.

Very good job. On time, did what needed to be done, good workmanship, reasonable price. Both doors work fine after the service and there was no need for further adjustment. I have used these folks in the past and have always been pleased with their work.

Everything went great. Replaced the old GDO with a new in less than half an hour. They were very courteous.

Very happy with our salesperson Joe Norton and with the door. We were able to design our own garage door with windows, glass we wanted, trim design, etc. Gorgeous door. Initially the wrong size door was shipped but it was replaced quickly and we were not in a hurry so it was fine.

Called them about 10:30 AM , answered in 2 rings , transferred call , answered on first ring , Jenny was very nice , quoted the price and confirmed with dispatch for service between 2 and 6 PM. Justin called about 2:30 to say he was on the way. Arrived just before 3 PM and got to work. 40 minutes later it's all over and done , with new Nylon rollers is Super Quiet !! What a huge difference ! I can't believe I put up with that racket , as the cost of quiet was only $60 ! Definitely worth the money for the quiet. By the way, it was 100 degrees in the garage and Justin always was smiling and even said the springs were warranteed for 5 years and that they last 7 to 8 years , on average. Springs were $209. It went fine. I was hoping that it was still under warranty. It turned out that the part was still under warranty but the labor wasn't. It worked fine. It's a little expensive.

My door didn't open on a Sunday and I was supposed to leave the next day on a trip, so they came out on a Sunday. They came in and got it all done and everything and they left. And then I would say it wasn't quite a year - I just had this door fixed, I wonder what happened. And so I called them out on a Saturday and the gentleman said (I don't recall if it was a motor) and I was under the plan and he was going to give me a complete new one. I had about three or four months left of the year. I don't know, maybe it's just me, but it seems like the parts don't last long. I would say that new machinery should last a length of time before spoiling. They came in and they took care of it, I was not charged. But I'm just saying the parts - not that they gave me defective parts, but it just seems like they don't work well. They came through and they gave me what I needed but I just wonder, should we have to call back all the time? But they came over and they were very cordial, they were clean. The second guy that came, he was just as honest as the other guy. They were there for when I needed them. I don't have complaints about what they did. They were there, they were prompt, they did what they were supposed to.

The service turned out just fine. The garage door works, but the programming that the technician tried to do does not work. The quality of the service was fine. They were right on-time and they were very professional.

Saw the company at the home show. I called the guy on his office phone the following week. He got an appointment scheduled for me within the next day or two. I got the home show rate which was quite a bit off. The guy showed up with the wrong openers. He has his truck packing list saying one opener and the work order requesting a different. He quickly ran to the shop and returned with the correct openers. No big deal to me. He did an exceptional job with the installation, better than my 20 year old openers were originally installed. I requested to keep one of the two openers (one was bad and one was okay) for a shop. He took the old one down and placed it out of the way in the side. Cleaned up after himself and did such a good job I called and said I appreciate a good guy that does good work. I got a rebate as well and the secretary got me all the info and emailed it to me with the invoice I needed. Did most of the work. Best part was the guy installing it accidentally took both wall buttons with him with the opener that didn't work. I hadn't realized it. 10 minutes after he left he came back and apologized that he took both wall buttons and wanted to return the one for the good opener. He also had some spare wire to run for the sensors. I have been messed around by a bunch of companies in wichita but this was a great experience.

Overhead Door came out within a day or two of my call about a garage door that wouldn't close. The serviceman was professional, repaired the wiring at fault, noticed the door made a lot of noise ascending/descending, and oiled all the rollers so it would function more quietly. I would not hesitate to use this company again.

They were able to come out the same day I called and complete the work. The price was reasonable and the work was done quickly.

Did a great job and also made the door operation sound better! A bit pricey, but overall they did a great job.
