They showed up when they said they would and charged me what they said they would charge.

Service was fast and tech did a great job

Storm came though our town with 98 mile winds and bulked the garage door. Insurance for it.

Had home warranty coverage but the Company did everything perfect. Couldn't have asked for better service

It was reasonable. One person came out. They're always on time. They get there when they say they're going to. We've used them a few times in the last 15 years. They're punctual and they're good. They're very professional. I like them.

I'm not sure why he didn't want my business. I was perfectly willing to pay for their services. If he didn't want the job he could have just told me. If you want to get the run around, these are the people to call. I had another company come out (the same day I called them) and they told me they have heard many similar stories about this place. Don't do business with Overhead Door Co!!! Don't confuse them with the other company with a similar sounding name. That is a different (and good) company. I ended up using them and they were excellent.

Came out when they said they would and cleaned up and left thing in good shape. Asked them to com out and check an issue, but noone showed up. Initial service was great, but follow up service has been spotty.

Want to clarify which vendor since a couple of garage door companies in Wichita have practically the same name. Overhead Door 333 Laura, Wichita, KS 67211. Never called us back with estimated. I followed up a couple of weeks later calling the company and left message for rep that came to our house. Never returned my call.

The technician came on time and worked quietly and efficiently replacing my old garage door with new non insulated metal one. He completed the entire replacement in less time than was originally promised. Very happy with whole process.

Young man came out at stated time and diagnosed problem immediately.

After checking Angie's list and Better Business Bureau I called 3 providers for estimates. This company was by far the most reasonably priced. They provided a free written estimate and with a few days notice the installation date was scheduled. The installer arrived on time on the date of installation, worked quickly and efficiently and was done within a few hours. He hauled off the old doors and cleaned up so you couldn't even tell he was there. The doors were installed with new tracks and parts to hook up to our existing automatic garage door openers. The new doors look great, work great and we couldn't be happier!

Really won't know until next week when they return a 3rd time.

The new garage door opener is quiet. They were very easy to work with. They came in and did the job, and we had a complication with it. The door openers were not responding. I pulled the plug on it, and they came in the next day since it was in the evening. They fixed the problem and we haven't had a problem since. I will use them in the future.

The service was terrific. The technician was friendly and explained what he was doing and why. I will use them in the future and recommend them without reservation to others.

He didn't say much and made the other fix without checking with me first, however, I would have approved it anyway.

After viewing this company on Angie's List I received an estimate from OverHead Door Company. We compared their estimate with several other local companies on average OverHead was going to save us $200 overall. On the day of installation the installer used part of my garage as a staging area (which was fine I offered) and completed his work after a couple hours. His boss came out and looked at his work which impressed me. It has been two months since the installation and the door looks good. We upgraded to a insulated door and can feel and see a difference in our electric bill believe it or not!

Service man arrived on time, was courteous, and finished the job in about two hours. Good results with no problems.

They were able to come right away and had it fixed quickly. I have 2 old garage doors, and he replaced the spring that broke and went ahead and replaced the one on the other door as a preventative measure. While he didn't check with me before he did the second door (and was generally a man of few words), I did appreciate that work being done to save me a future urgent call.

There was little wait to get a technician out to the house to get the door back on the tracks and diagnose the problem, and they were able to get the new opener installed right away. I felt like I could trust their assessment and recommendations and the quality of their work. On top of this, their prices were reasonable. I would recommend them to friends or family who need similar services.

Very well! Fixed everything in about 40 minutes so I was charged for the minimum one hour of labor. Serviceman was very knowledgeable and figured out the problem(s) within the first five minutes of looking at the opener.

My husband was out of town on business when our garage opener stopped working. I called Michael late Tues afternoon just before closing, and he was able to schedule someone for the next day! Two guys showed up right on time, explained what I needed done, and completed the work in a record 30 min!!!! I was very impressed with their professionalism, the quality of their work, and especially the sped on which it was completed!! I highly recommend this company, and would use them again in a heartbeat!!!
