+ -1 moreAppointment was for 9:30am. My husband forgot and showed up from grocery shopping 10 minutes past the appointment time. The company representative was extremely courteous and accommodating. He walked through the process of inspection and cleaning and even gave a few pointers on how to keep the A/C system working in top condition. Very pleased with the service!
