nguyen's lawn service

very poor service. showed up late to my house. pulled out mint tea which he had been told to leave alone. he then left for awhile and came back and did a very messy job with mulch and leaving big piles of leaves underneath my front bushes. he left mulch and leaves all over the yard. was going to leave a big pile of leaves in the street until i asked him to clean up. he stayed until 10pm at night because his estimation was wrong and he then asked me for more money. he seemed totally unprepared for the job and didn't care at all about cleanliness. DO NOT HIRE THIS PERSON.

I used them for three years. Every year, Mr. Nguyen would refuse to work within our specified time span. When we would try to tell him, "No", we don't want to have our yard done, he would raise his voice and babble unintelligibly in Vietnamese saying "We mow, we mow". I put up with his quirkiness, but constantly had to call his workers down for driving too fast and destroying gutters, siding, etc. The final straw though, was when they ran over our old cat with their mower, leaving a gruesome mess.... They took our cat's mangled body and threw it on top of the brush pile in the woods behind our house. We couldn't find the cat, and were worried, but finally began to smell something awful during my little girl's birthday party. That's when we found Buddy (the cat) decomposing..... I confronted Mr. Nguyen about it and told him he was fired. He was worried only about payment for that job....!!!!!! He sent me several collection letters until I got firm with him

Crew was here at prearranged time, worked hard with no breaks, and were very courteous. Made sure to ask questions to clarify what I wanted. They still come weekly to mow and always leave me with a neatly manicured lawn. They have recently started caring for my parents' lawn as well.

I have been using his services for twelve years. He is excellent.
