+ -1 moreExpensive. Charged $50 to quote a water heater replacement and wouldn't provide any indication of pricing over the phone. More than twice as much as other options. Don't pay them $50 to give you a quote - there are better options.

+ -1 moreWater was coming up from our pipe connected to the washer so the washer will not leak water anymore. The pipe was plugged up. He snaked the drain and unclogged it. We can now wash without the water running out. They have been here before and he is reasonable. They were great.

Description of Work: I had a broken pipe in the front yard. They had to hand dig because of being close to the porch by a tree. They were very professional did a good job and were done sooner than I planned.

+ -1 moreThey came out promptly. When I asked the person on the phone how much it would cost she said he'll give you a quote and if you don't like it you can send him away. ( Should have been a red flag). I was shocked at how much but he was already there and I needed the toilet so said go ahead. I had to show him how to put the toilet seat on. Just not satisfied with the service and would have complained but the next my husband passed away and that issue bacame unimportant.
Description of Work: finish installing a toilet.

+ -1 moreThe sewer line was quite a project. We had to go down 10 feet to get it. The thing I was impressed with was that they were in and out in the same day under relatively difficult circumstances. The only irritant about the thing is I don't know if they finished the dirt up right. If they didn't, I'll just call them back. They were polite and prompt and workman-like.
Description of Work: Mr. Rooter replaced a sewer line. While they were at it, they replaced the kitchen plumbing.

Description of Work: We discovered on a SATURDAY afternoon that my husband has no future as a plumber. He tried to install a 4-way valve on our shower (to replace the faucet) and we were left with no water. Scott came out within the hour, capped off the shower so we could still have the use of toilets, sinks, etc., for the weekend. THEN came back at 8:00 a.m. on Monday and fixed what my husband "fixed". He is SUPER prompt, polite, does an excellent job and for exactly the $$ quoted. I would HIGHLY recommend him!
