They did a great job.

I had two sinks, faucets and the accompanying valves and supply lines replaced. New Formica laminate was also installed on the bathroom vanity. The job took just over 4 hours to complete. Everything came out fantastic.

It went very well. The handyman was on time and he did a great job of hanging my 4 x 4 barn quilt on our hangar. It was a pretty windy day so I was surprised he could hang it by himself but he did. It looks great!

Update to my previous review: I did receive a credit for a portion of the bill from the final day, mistakenly billed twice for the last days hours. Received follow-up call and emails to try to make sure that I was satisfied. They also sent me two $25 gift certificates that I can use on future series. I will keep them in mind for future projects, I will just be sure to inquire if any additional hours are going to be incurred after initial estimate. I am impressed with their customer service.

I was satisfied with the technician that came out. He was professional, friendly, and took care of one of the projects. However, I was disappointed that only one technician was sent when I was told there would be two people due to the nature of the projects. In the end, it took twice as long as expected to only take care of one of the projects and I was going to have to set another appointment to take care of the second project. I didn’t want to have to reschedule for another appointment, which was going to be another week out, and another 4-6 hours of labor, etc., so I will search for another company to handle that project. All in all, I was satisfied with the technician and his work but wasn't satisfied with the overall process. It just didn't meet my expectations... especially for the price.

Two visits and on both Joe came to do the jobs. He is very efficient. The office ladies are very helpful and take your concerns seriously and will tell you just what needs to be done.

Handyman was there at time requested (10 minutes earlier). Had plenty of hardware and accessories in his van in order to minimize travel to Home Depot and such. Tools and wireless internet information were used for proper installation of equipage. He checked all installations for proper functioning/operation and provided overview of completed work to my wife. He estimated 8 hours of work and was finished under 7. Extremely professional and transparent with his approach to serve and work with the customer. Cost included all required hardware and labor.

The employee sent was on time, friendly, and very professional. It took him about an hour to have both toilets running like they should. He had everything he needed with him. No running to a Lowe's or Home Depot for parts. If I only would've called Mr. Handyman sooner!

They showed up exactly when they said they would. it took them a little longer then they thought. They did a great job! To be very honest they billed me exactly what they quoted me. I was so happy with their work, I gave them a tip. This was my first time using them, and I would recommend them to other people. They took great care in making sure they did not make a mess (They put down drop cloths to walk on). They were very courteous!
