They are the only electricians who I have used in Wichita, so I can't compare on pricing. My sense is that they are not what you'd consider the cheapest, but I want to make sure things are done safely and properly, and I feel confident that is getting done. I have enthusiastically recommended them to my property manager for her use at properties owned by others. Ben at Mr. Electric is the best!

Working with the Mr. Electric team was a pleasure from start to finish. We had a laundry list of fixes and upgrades we wanted to perform, from the mundane (adding light switches and outlets) to the exotic (setting up niche smart home device relays). Mr. Electric gave us an itemized price list so we could pick what we wanted at this time and have a reference for the rest later. When we had decided what we wanted done, they were very accommodating on the total price for the services requested, and I feel like I got a great deal on a very professional outcome. Along the way, their communication was stellar. They sent a text message before each appointment to let us know they were on the way (never late, I might add), and the text even had a picture of the technician coming out so we knew who to look for. Working with Ben was seamless, and he acknowledged our requests and made suggestions where relevant. In the end, I got great communication and great work for a very reasonable price. If I have any electrical needs in the future, Mr. Electric will be the first call I make.

There was a technician here in under an hour from the time I called. Ben was extremely knowledgeable and quickly resolved our issue at an affordable rate.

The installer was really professional and I really enjoyed his work ethic. He exhibited not only the ability needed to complete the work in a minimum time but also a knowledge of what he was accomplishing that was impressive. I really enjoy my experience and the cost was a cost commensurent with the worked performed. I will be using Mr. Electric again if I ever need any electrical work accomplished in the future.

I ran them out the door. They were just entirely too d*** expensive. They are the highest priced place and the least amount of work. I got a quote for the same job, and they're going to do even more work than Mr.Electric was, and they are going to do it for $1800-$2000. Mr. Electric bid well over $6000. Well, everybody I called was way out of line, except the company I'm going to hire. I'm on a fixed income and I just can't give someone an extra $3000 - $40000. They keep trying to say they are certified and bonded, well, so is every electrician, or they wouldn't be servicing the Wichita area. The company I hired has an A+ better business bureau rating. That's good enough for me. I didn't have their service, so I can't grade their service. Their bidding, I'd have to give them an F. They came out quick. They were punctual on the estimate. They seemed professional, but for that kind of money, they d*** well better be. I will not use them, unless they adjust their prices. I told them in the call. I explained exactly what I thought about it. That's one thing I don't have a problem with, giving my opinion.

It was fine. It was good. My first impression with the workers was positive. They got the work done in a timely manner, picked up after themselves, and were respectful of the home as far as protecting their feet from anything on the carpet.

Electrician arrived right on scheduled time. Took the time to understand concerns and provided all options to suit my needs. Done in a timely and professional manner. Would use this company again.
