Mike Watson Heating and Cooling

We were charged around twice the market rate for refrigerant and were not warned before the work was done. When we confronted the company about this, customer service was very poor and we were told too bad. The owner didn't care about our point of view and it seems the customer is always wrong.

Service caps were missing and1# low on freon. Mr. Watson said it must have been his employees mistake leaving off the service caps during last the inspection. NO CHARGE! Mr. Watson seems to be a and quot;Stand-Up-Guyand quot; ready to do the right thing without hesitation. Thank You!

I came home to a hot house one saturday evening in 100 degree weather. I called Mike Watson since they were local and left a message as it was saturday evening. The tech called back within 15 mins.and said he could come right out. He ended up replace my fan moter and capacitor on the AC and worked until around 10:30 at night with a flood light. The owner came out to help him also. I have used this company several times since and they can usually come the same day especially if its an emergency. All the techs are friendly and knowlegable.

The entire process took longer than expected; but apparently my home was leaking a tremendous amount of air. There was a period where they had to stop work to do other scheduled work elsewhere. I kept in contact with Mike Watson when I did have questions. He returned calls the same day, if he was immediately unavailable. All of the employees I encountered were professional and courteous. I have no complaints as the employees were always on task when at my home. The energy savings I have experienced since they finished have been extraordinary. I just couldn't be happier. They did a fantastic job. It made a huge impact on my heating and cooling bills.
