+ -1 moreNot only did Monte figure out what was wrong with the pump, he also stopped the crack on the fiberglass stairs from growing and gave us the name of someone who could fix it in the spring, noticed a problem with the automatic cover, and ordered us a cover pump (to pump away rain and snow in the winter -- last year, we used a sump pump to do that; we had no idea these existed). He covered the basics with us (he calls it "pool school") which another company had promised to do for us, but never did.
Description of Work: We had a problem with our pool pump.
