Fast work for a reasonable price.

The person that came and did the work (Chad) was great and worked his butt off getting the project done. Went out of his way to ensure that the work was done properly.

They put in a new shower in my bathroom and did great.

The bathroom looks beautiful. No problems there, and the work was completed in only 3 days. Obviously I wish it were a little cheaper as i have another bathroom I'd like done. Really that's my only complaint is the cost, but I know everything is expensive right now!

Seth Lewis made the process of choosing materials and planning our project simple and understandable. I did not feel rushed or intimidated. The quality of the work proved better than my expectations. When I had questions, concerns or issues before, during and after the project, Seth quickly addressed them. The workers were polite, efficient and neat. Overall, a fantastic job!!

We needed a bath/shower for my husband and MAE did a great job. We were really satisfied with the job.

Make sure the contract has all the details, color and styles. This is the third job done for me but the first inside job. Never schedule right before a holiday weekend and be sure the products you ordered are on hand before the job starts. The fit of the shower panels would be amazing if they would have been what I ordered. The salesman assured me all my concerns would be taken care of, instead the existing walls were damaged. I wanted all the tile out of the bathroom instead of scabbing the new shower in next to old. The installer lost it when extra work was added and F-bombs were heard multiple times. I am disabled and is the reason for hiring Mid-America. I ended up finishing three walls and all the trim Memorial weekend plus most of the next week. The project came out fine if it were in a mobile home.

In the end, we really liked the result, but there was so much delay in the project. There were a lot of issues that had to be corrected, which they did - but overall communication was not the best.

I would have to say my experience with Mid America Exteriors doing my bath remodel was super easy and felt right. They did an amazing job on letting me pick what I wanted for my new shower and also my sinks, countertops, ext. They were able to find me the best price for what I exactly wanted which deserves five stars within itself honestly! I would recommend them to any family and friends! I will also have them come out to look at my windows after this process was so easy & quick!
