I purchased appliances from Metro Appliance in August. That transaction was easy and she was helpful until we paid Metro . Then the service was non-existent. First of all, I was assured that the appliances would be at my house on Friday. The salesperson was to call me and follow up to make sure that they would indeed be delivered. That never happened, so I called to check up on Thursday. I was assured that the appliances would all be delivered on Friday. Friday came and they only had two of the four appliances. The delivery people dumped the appliances in our dining room and left. I called and talked to a manager and he found 2 more and had them deliver the appliances that afternoon and I asked them to please hook up the refrigerator and he complied. I needed to have the stove and microwave installed later and called them the next week to see if they could actually install the appliances. They said that since they were already delivered I would need to talk to their contractor. Okay, so I called the contractor and left a message, and no one called me back. Two days later I called and talked to a manager at Metro and he said he would personally call the contractor and have him call me, no calls from anyone. My husband installed the stove himself, and our remodeler will be installing the microwave. Bottom line -- if you buy from Metro Appliance be prepared to never see them again after they get your money. The only thing they care about is getting the money for your transaction. Apparently they do not care if you ever do business with them again. There is no customer service, no follow-up. A very difficult experience.

I ended up going to a local dealer that had stock and the delivery guys took out one of my trees and was sorry I didn't use Metro
Description of Work: Worked to get me the best deal. Wait time for order was too long but they had the best price and delivery
